Chapter 10

~THORNE'S POV~

I stand watching as Tranquillity runs over to the girl I cut while crying. I look back at Vincent who is also watching her. Of course, he came here with her! the bastard cant help but make the situation worse.  now’s my chance to hopefully take him down a peg or two. I go to punch him, but he stops me.

"You really want to do that?" He asks.

"Yes, I do!” I go to punch him with my other fist, but he grabs that one too.

“Calm down!”

“No! you always have to show people your better than me, I'm sick of it!"

"Thorne you’re the one who goes out and hurts people! I don't have to show that I'm better, I know that I am."

"Why do you care so much about what I do?"

"I care because you’re my f*****g brother! I just wish you could be a better person or at least see your mistakes."

I have heard enough of his Bullshit. I get my hand free and punched him in the face. Ever since we were kinds, he would get everything he'd want, and I was stuck with all the crappy s**t he didn't want. He could have had all the friends in the world, but he choses to be with all the looser kids. He always felt bad for them, but he never felt bad for me. It makes me sick.

I continue to punch him while thinking of why I hate him so much. Suddenly, I fall flat on my ass. I look at him only to see him on top of me before he punches me in the face.

~VINCENT'S POV~

How is it possible that this selfish brat is my brother? If only he could see the world like I do, he would understand me better and maybe stop hating me so damn much. He has always believed that it is important to be popular but that's not even the slightest bit true, life is not about being the centre of attention.

"Get off me!" He screams.

"WHY?" I yell.

"Because you are a stupid lying asshole!" He laughs in my face.

"I said why?" I repeat.

"Oh, as in why I hurt the girl?"

"Yes, you i***t!"

"Because she's a stupid loner who needs to know her place!"

"You ass!!!" I yell continuing to beat him.

~TRANQUILLITY'S POV~

I run up to Aurora, but I’m too late her eyes close and she goes limp. I reach her and hold her in my arms I cry and cry. she can't be dead she just can't be! I sit there broken. if she’s dead, I will never forgive myself. Life won’t be the same without her, I continue to cry when I hear to male voices yelling at each other. I turn around and sure enough Vince and Thorne are fighting. I continue to look around and notice everyone else has left.

"You both are heartless asshole's fighting while the one person we came to save might be dead! I can’t believe you both!" I yell in their direction.

They both stop fighting and look at me.

"You mean I might have killed someone?" Thorne asks as his face pales.

"Yes, you f*****g heartless d**k!"

He shuts up immediately and runs over. Vince stands there in shock.

"Vince I can’t believe you, I thought you were here to help me save her, not beat the s**t out of your brother! The one person who understands might be dead! How do you feel now? You let you're f*****g ego take over while I try to figure out what to do!"

"I I'm sorry." He says still standing there like a complete fool.

"Well are you going to stand there or help me get her to the nurse?" I ask.

He runs over to me and looks down at Aurora then back to me.

"I hope she's ok..." He says.

"Pick her up and help me get her to the nurse!" I say.

He grabs Aurora's limp body and starts to walk towards the nurses’ office. I look at Thorne and shake my head before walking away.
