Marcus POV

After I dropped Zaria off, I went to see my jeweler to get a ring for her, I phoned Carter when I got up to go to the bathroom. I was ecstatic that she agreed to marry me and let me protect and provide for her while Alex went through his troubles. I planned on asking her to officially marry me when we went to dinner the next night. After meeting with Carter, I made reservations at the best restaurant in town and called a reporter to make sure they were there when I popped the question. I, then called my stylist to have an outfit sent to Zaria the next evening along with sending a hair stylist and make up artist her way as well to make sure everything was perfect when I asked her. The next day came so fast, I sent Zaria a good morning text and got ready for the day

​I went to breakfast after getting ready for the day and continued my plan that I had. When I was walking out, I bumped into someone and made them drop their belongings and when I looked up to help, the person I saw shocked me. It was Kimberly, I hadn’t seen her in over 2 years since we broke things off and she went to focus on her career. She excitedly greeted me and jumped in my arms wrapping her legs around my waist. She than began placing kisses all over my face, lips and neck like we were a couple. I placed her on her feet on the ground and responded

“Hi Kimberly, don’t do that ever again. We are not together and have not been together for a while. Last time I checked you wanted to leave to focus on your career. What happened that went south” I said to her.

She laughed and ignored what I said and began placing her hands all over me from my chest down to my man hood. I grabbed her hands before she could get anymore handsy with me and placed her against the wall.

“Please do not touch me in that way, like I said I am not yours and we are not f*****g so don’t touch me” I said to her very sternly.

“Why not, I want you back I’m over with focusing on my career I’m ready to focus on a family” she said in a whiny voice.

“That’s not going to happen with me, so you can go look elsewhere I’m not interested” I spat and let her go and walked off toward my car

Once I reached my car, I received a phone call from Zaria stating Alex needed to see me ASAP.

Alexander POV

I had at least 3 meetings before lunch and the whole time Jennifer blew my phone up. I didn’t have a chance to go back to my office due to the back to back meetings. So, when I finally did get back to my office, I was shocked at the scene unfolding that I immediately called security. Jennifer was in Zaria’s office all in her face and I can imagine her spewing a lot of bad and harmful words at her. So, I quickly entered the office and pulled Jennifer away from her and into my office. In the process I asked Zaria was she okay and to call Marcus I needed to talk to him ASAP.

“What are you doing here, there is no reason for your presence at my office” I spat at her.

“I was just coming here to show you this since you can’t seem to answer your phone” she said sarcastically while throwing something on my desk.

“I run a multibillion-dollar company I can’t just drop every got damn thing to answer your call” I said to her while looking at what she threw on my desk and I instantly froze.

“What the hell is this” I said as I looked at the ultrasound on my desk

“It’s our baby that we made don’t you remember…. oh wait you don’t remember” she said and threw a disc on my desk and left laughing before security could come and take her away.

I quickly locked my doors and frosted my windows and put the disc in that she threw on my desk. What I saw next shook me to the core and I instantly got pissed off and called Zach. I copied the disc and sent it over to him to see what could be done. After I got off the phone with Zach Zaria phoned in that Marcus had arrived. I unlocked the doors and windows and let him come in and afterwards I locked the doors and windows again.

“What’s up bud you good” he said as he entered my office

“Hell no I’m not good come look at this s**t” I spat to him

He came around to where I was sitting and I pressed play on the disc Jennifer left.

I was on the bed naked, dazed, confused and out of it, you could tell I was drugged with something. The girl I woke up next too had just finished riding me and had got off of me and took the condom off. I was so weak I couldn’t get up to take the condom away I just reached for it, was all I could do. The door opened to the room and in came Jennifer. She asked the girl if she did it and she nodded her head yes. Next thing you know Jennifer takes out a Turkey Baster and lays down next to me and gives the girl the baster and says fill it up and give it to me. The girl did as she was told and Jennifer was seen sticking the baster up her v****a and squeezing my c*m inside her. Then she got up from the bed kissed me on the lips and left. The girl went to shower and came and got in the bed with me.

Marcus didn’t know what to say he just stood there distraught with his mouth hanging open. After a few minutes he replied.

“That’s why you don’t remember a day, you were drugged. Is there anything Zach could do about this situation. They need to go to jail or something needs to happen it’s not right that they did that to you” he said.

“I know I already called Zach he said let him see what he can do” I said.

Livid I didn’t know what to do, I definitely knew that I didn’t want no part of this marriage this woman was too dirty for me. I hope that with her doing this the prenup is not valid but that is a very big hope.

“Did you check on Zaria” I asked Marcus

“I asked her if she was cool and she shook her head, why do you ask” he said.

“When I got back to my office, I seen Jennifer all in her face like she wanted to do something. I immediately came in and diffused the situation I definitely didn’t want her putting her hands on her then I would have had to retaliate. I care two shits about Jennifer losing that child it was not due to love making that me and her had. That baby is made out of lies and deceit and I want no part of it” I told Marcus.

“Well let’s hope that there is something that Zach can do, find a loophole or something” he said.

“I really hope so, are you guys leaving tomorrow?! Now that Jennifer knows that Zaria works here, she will not let up now. I have a temp coming tomorrow and will be here for a month to cover for Zaria while you two are away. I want her gone up until she is at least about to give birth. I don’t want anything happening to her or my child” I told him

“I haven’t had a chance to speak with her about it, but I’m sure she should be fine with it” he said.

“Cool, if you still have that house in San Anna island, I believe she would love it there” I told Marcus sincerely.

“Keep me in the loop on the wedding I want to be there and present my gift” I said before he left out my office.

Now to wrap my head around this nonsense with Jennifer.

Zaria POV

Alexander has been in back to back meetings since he has been back for a day and the phone has been ringing off the hook. A lot of the calls were clients awaiting his arrival to either congratulate him or try to book a meeting with him. He was also looking for another business venture to invest in as well. There was one number in particular that has been calling back to back and never could get through due to the busy phone calls. When I did answer it, a very rude and angry woman yelled where is Alex and said that she was on her way to the office. The angry woman showed up 10 minutes later and in walked a fuming Jennifer while I was on a call. She looked at me shocked then looked to the other office to see no one. Once I got off the phone, I greeted her

“Hi, what can I do for you ma’am? Alex has been in meetings all day long I can leave him a message if you would like” I said as nicely as I could.

“No, I think I will wait for him I have something really important and he is going to want to hear what I have to say” she spat.

“Alright you can have a seat I’m not sure how long he will be” I said ignoring her glares.

“Would you mind getting me something to drink please I’m parched” she said fake coughing

I internally rolled my eyes and went to retrieve a bottle of water for her. As I passed it to her she forcefully grabbed my arm and looked at my stomach to see my small protruding belly, she eventually slapped my arm away once she was finished. She shot me daggers the whole time I went to sit at my desk.

I went back to my desk to look to see what time Alex would be back and he wasn’t due for another half hour. I sighed at that and tried to get back to work before Jennifer interrupted me

“So how did you pull that off, getting with Marcus, he usually doesn’t do second hand women from his friends. It seems I’m not the only one with a secret here. You and Marcus secretly dating I’m shocked he talked to you, with him liking models and all” she said getting up walking around my office

She continued on and I tried not to listen to her but it was very hard

“The boys usually don’t mess with each other seconds, so I’m very surprised that he went for you, but glad as well. Now…. I have had them both and let me tell you they both really are good at having s*x. Alex is that bad boy with power and control issues and gives awesome s*x roughly but passionately, let me tell you how awesome the s*x is when he is angry babbyyyy. I still ignored her no matter what she said and that seemed to make her angry.

“Don’t pretend like you are over there working when I know you are not” she spat angrily.

I had been recording the conversation with her the whole time, she tried to come over to see what I was doing but I stood up.

“You should really have a seat and wait for your husband; he should be done any minute now” I said to her

She walked up and got in my face and said “Don’t tell me what to do I’ll do whatever I please” she said inches away from my face.

Next thing I knew she was being pulled away by Alex.

“Are you okay” he asked me

“Yes, I’m fine” I said and sat down at my desk

“Call Marcus I need to speak with him ASAP” he said before going to his office and locking the door and frosting the windows.

I called Marcus like he asked and he said give him 20 minutes and he will be here

I ended the recording and saved it to my files in case I needed it for something. I just couldn’t believe what she had said, and not sure if I should believe it. She could have just been saying all of that just to get a reaction out of me. Deep in thought, I didn’t hear anyone come through the door and it was Stacy and another female with her who was a very pretty blonde with very long legs and blue eyes.

“I’m here to see Alex” she said as they both sat down

“Alex is in a meeting right now, plus you are not scheduled to meet with him” I told her

She just looked at me rolled her eyes and whispered something to the girl she was with and they started laughing.

I ignored them while phoning security as they heard my phone call, they both got up threw something on my desk and left laughing. Before they left the girl turned around and said

“I just had Marcus and he was amazing as usual” she said and they walked off laughing.

I looked at what was threw on my desk and it was pictures of the girl and Marcus making out heavily. I thought to myself that the pictures could be old, why would he sleep with her. The date on the bottom of the picture matched the date of the day, and about 5 minutes later Marcus walked in with the same clothes on as the picture.

I was lost and had no words from him or the situation that I was in. Marcus seen the look on my face and replied

“Hey what’s wrong are you okay” he said walking up to me

I put my hands up to stop him at a distance and I replied

“I’m fine, Alex actually had me call you he should be wrapping the meeting up” I said.

No longer after I said that Jennifer came out laughing, and the door to his office shut immediately while we watched her walk off laughing with security in tow.

I waited until he calmed down a little before I chimed in that Marcus that was here.

Soon after he unlocked the door and windows and Marcus went in to speak with him while locking the doors and windows back again.

I couldn’t unsee what I just seen and couldn’t believe that he would with her whoever she is. I needed a night out with my friends to rethink all of this and the situation that I was in. I shot them both a quick text to meet me at a restaurant down town when I got off. After I got the text from them both agreeing to meet me Marcus came out of Alex office and said

“Let’s go to lunch we have to talk” he said.

I really didn’t want to go to lunch with him, but I guess I can ask him about the photos that I received. Apparently, I’m not supposed to be happy or I may need to find someone who is not affluent cause this is to much drama for me. I stashed the pictures in my purse and got up to go to lunch.

We arrived at a diner that was about 20 minutes out of town Marcus said he wanted to take me somewhere quiet.

When we sat down, I finally noticed the lipstick that was on his shirt collar and completely lost it. I pulled the pictures out of my bag and was about to put them on the table when the waitress walked up. She only greeted Marcus when there were two of us at the table. She took our drink orders, the whole time looking at Marcus and she never once acknowledged me. She also asked Marcus if he needed anything else being extra seductive. Women are just too bold and they don’t care if they are with someone or not, I thought to myself. Marcus totally ignored her and kept his eyes on me until she finally got the picture and left.

Once she left, I put the pictures in front of him

“What’s this” he said.

“You’ll be surprised once you open it” I spat at him

Once he opened it his eyes grew wide with shock

“Where did you get this” he said

“I can clearly see the lipstick on your collar, who is she, and why would you do sleep with her knowing you want to marry me” I said.

“Oh…wait no it must be for pity or because your friend told you to. You know what I don’t need you doing me any favors. I can do this on my own without you or him” I said to him and got up to leave. As I stepped out of the door Marcus grabbed ahold of my arm and turned me around

“What the hell are you talking about. I’m not doing this because someone told me to or doing it as a favor to you. I’m doing it because I want to, I see the bright, intelligent, beautiful person that you are. I’m sorry, this is the model girl I was telling you about that I was involved with. She came onto to me out of nowhere I haven’t seen her in almost three years, then she shows up making out with me which I didn’t do anything with her at all. When I saw it was her, she jumped into my arms and starting kissing me all over. These pictures are blown out of proportion and only caught me from my back and not the front. If I did anything with her my clothes would be wrinkled or I would have changed them which I didn’t do. Now we really have to talk so let’s go somewhere where I’m not being harassed by the waitress” he said.
