CHAPTER ELEVEN Mark opened his eyes and stared for a moment in the bluest eyes he had ever seen. He kept very still for a few seconds. His brain was still asleep, and he needed a few moments to remember where he was and to process what was going on. Once his brain woke up, he remembered that he had left the door at the bedroom half open, so that he could hear if anybody would have come into the house. Obviously, Camulos had taken that as an invitation and slipped in his bed. Now, the huge tomcat was stretched alongside him, flicking the tip of his tail with annoyance.
