I love the fact that everyone is focusing on Asher's issue right now, even though I hate that it's happening to him. But what really stings is how Peach seems to be giving me no importance at all. When I got off from school today, I decided to visit my parents after months of living with the Smith family. I have no idea how my mom will react, but I know it won’t be well.
As I walk into our big, beautiful mansion, I can't help but compare it to the Smiths' house. It isn't as big, but some might choose our house over theirs. The maple floors gleam under the soft lighting, and the first thing you notice is the grand water fountain in the entrance. Housekeepers are bustling everywhere, more than usual, and it's strange. It's almost nauseating.
