Sarah's POV:
The Day of the Gala
Tonight is the gala, I'm staying in Las Vegas at a hotel with Alaric, we're sharing a suite. The venue for the gala is in Las Vegas, we flew in last night since Alaric wanted to deal with some work stuff this morning and probably see Mackenzie in private.
Mom and dad are flying in this morning along with Dante and Phoebe, they're coming with Mr. and Mrs. Hale in their private jet.
Mom convinced me to move into Alaric's mansion and try to mend our problems before the big day next month, so I moved in last week and so far we stayed out of each other's way up until yesterday.
I am having breakfast on the balcony in our suite, Alaric left to do some work stuff, Phoebe and I are going sightseeing when she gets here with Dante.
