In the evening , she was told that yuvraj darsh was waiting for her in her father's library . She pulled her hair into a messy bun and didnt bother to change her clothes ( a ripped jeans and a crop top ).
She usually wore suitable dresses while being in india .but right then mahika wanted to show him , who she really was.
She saw the servant's shocked expressions when she got out of her room.when she reached the library , she saw tanya stomping out of library while glaring at her . She was never close to tanya but they atleast didnt hate each other ."i think thats going to change now" she thought and sighed .
When she entered the library , she was shocked to see the person infront of her . It was the same guy , she had talked to last night .
Darsh was thinking about tanya when mahika entered the room . Tanya asked him that why he didnt want to marry her .
"You dont have what i want in my queen" he said coldly . Tanya smiled cruelly and said "oh ! You will see , what type of a queen mahika will make. She cares about her normal life way too much" .
"You!!"mahika shouted after seeing him while pointing at him .
"This behaviour doesnt suit a princess" darsh smiled while looking at her dressing .
She came near him and said "who cares about your opinion . "
"You asked to meet me for ?" Darsh asked while raising an eyebrow .
Mahika took a deep breath and said "i dont want to marry you "
"Why?" Darsh asked without missing a beat .
"I told you about that last night " she glovered .
"But i want you . You are suitable for being my queen . I wont have to worry about you ruining my name like your sister " he said relaxed .
"Its all about your name , your reputation right? I am warning you , cancel the wedding right now . Otherwise be ready to regret even knowing me " she said and left the library . Darsh smiled while thinking about her red angry face and went back .
Mahika wasnt surprised when her engagement was being discussed during dinner . It was clear that darsh was not the one who would back down .
"Just wait and watch"mahika thought angrily .
After entering her room , she called joe and told him everything . "Ohh s**t! How can this happen ? You were supposed to come back next week" joe nearly shouted .
"Right now , its my engagement being arranged in next week ." After thinking something , she looked excitedly at joe and said" wait, i have got a plan . But for that , i want you here" .
"What plan?" Joe asked .
"Get here and you will get to know" mahika said while rubbing her hands against each other .
Darsh was showing more interest in the wedding then , and it was enough for her mother . The cute little angry princess intrigued him . He was sure that she was going to be the best for him . He had seen the gentleness in her eyes . He was enough for being cruel , he wanted someone gentle to even out his cruelness
