“I think I have overheard what the anti-demon faction is trying to do…” I said that as I remember what they’re trying to do. 

“That’s good, could you tell me about that as it would help us to stop whatever they’re trying to do.” The man said that towards me. 

“If I wasn’t mistaken, I think they’re trying to find Runo.” 

When I said that name, the two men gave each other a somewhat serious look. I realized that this Runo guy must be a dangerous person or an important someone to the anti-demon faction. 

“Thank you for telling us that… We will now leave as we do not want to interrupt your rest.” 

After saying that, both of the men leave this place. It still amazes me every time I see someone get out of this room, the door suddenly appears and then disappears after the person walks out of it. 

I spend almost fifteen minutes staring at the endless white wall until the girl from before re-entering this room. She approached me with a smile on her face. 

“Hello, it seems that you will be discharged from the hospital very soon. The doctor has confirmed that you’re fine and you had no amnesia at all after looking at your details that I had taken before. ” 

“Okay, but can I ask you what amnesia and hospital is? I never heard that kind of word before…” I said that to the girl as I really wanted to know the meaning of the words. 

“Are you joking? Do you really don’t know about those words… It must be as even an uneducated person would know that.” She said that to me. 

If only this girl knows that I am from the past, she would understand why I am asking this kind of question to her. But maybe she wouldn’t understand it even if she knows where I came from. Because she will think that I am crazy or something or would not believe it at all. 

“There’s no way I would be joking, I really do not know those words,” I said that towards her. 

“If you really do not know, I wouldn’t mind explaining to you…” She said that as the explanation begins. 

After a few minutes of listening, I finally know the meaning behind those words. I thought that it would end being confusing but it wasn’t. Surprisingly, Amnesia was just a memory loss and the hospital was somewhat similar to the infirmary. 

“Thanks for telling me what those words mean.” 

“I still think you’re making jokes but if it was real, I'd be glad to be able to help you.” She said that with giggles afterwards. 

“I almost forgot to ask your name as you're being helpful to me…” I said that as it’s kinda awkward for me not knowing her name after she had helped me define those words. 

“Oh! I see what’s going on here… You pretend to not know the words' meaning because you are trying to get a conversation with me. You're trying to hit on me right?” She suddenly said that. 

“What? No… I just wanted to know your name and that’s all.” 

“Really!? I think you must be shy to admit that you’re captivated by my beauty the moments you see me…” She said that towards me. 

“I’m really sorry to hurt your feelings but I do not have that kind of thoughts at all. I just wanted to know your name.” I said that with a serious face. 

Seeing my serious face, the girl finally realized that I wasn’t hitting on her at all. She immediately apologized for her action at that time as she really thought that I was hitting on her. Her cheeks started to turn red while she was apologizing to me. It seems that she was really embarrassed by her action towards me. 

It’s kinda rare for me to see a girl blush as I always was on the battlefield or travelling around places. That made me think if I really hurt her feelings for being too straightforward, I didn’t interact with a woman much in my life before. 

The situation had become much more awkward after that incident. None of us was talking to each other right now. 

“I will leave now as there are other things that I need to do... “ She said that as she was trying to leave this place. 

“Wait! I didn’t get your name yet… Could you tell me that before you leave this room?’ I said that towards her. 

“My name is Lucianna!..” She said that without turning behind, she then left the room immediately. 

I didn’t have the time to introduce my name at all. I guess that’s fine as I had the feeling that we would meet another day. As long as I am still in the hospital that is.

It was pretty boring here as there’s nothing much to be done. I do wonder what happened to my steel armour and my sword as I didn’t see it here with me. I need to repair my armour as I still remember that there are some holes on it because it was hit by that magic called bullets. 

And after my steel armour has been fixed, I need to find a way to return back to my timeline. There's no way I would be staying here for a long time, I do not belong in this era at all. Besides, I need to finish my job which was killing Xarkes. 

There must be a way for me to get back and because seeing how advanced magic in this period had become. Time-based magic must have been invented by someone and with that, I could return. 

Still, asking random people about that magic might not be the best idea. If the world still was the same world, I guess the only way for me to get the information about time-based magic must be at the archive. 

Only the archive might be the information that I needed...
