Heather was greeted with angry shouts as she left the Tuna Boat Association. A confrontation had developed amidst the protesters. She began walking across the parking lot as quickly as she could, trying to hear what was going on. Two men had gotten into a shouting match with the protesters. Heather assumed they were tuna fishermen, based on how they looked and how they shouted. They looked Portuguese and sounded very angry. The fisherman doing most of the shouting was in his late twenties. He was dressed in slender faded jeans and a black T-shirt. He wore curly black hair around eyes of green.
