Life as we know it

563 Words
Carol and I are just back from a mini weekend vacation and we went over to Christian's place but he wasn't there. I was slightly disappointed. It's Sunday afternoon so I have no clue where he is. I wanted to take him along with us but he did not come. I bet he thought he was sort of interfering in our personal time or some similar s**t. We decided to wait over for him at his place. Half our stuff is always lying around here so it isn't a trouble. I make Carol a bottle and put her up for a nap. She is exhausted. I grab a beer and play video games while waiting for him to come back home. One hour later I make sandwiches for all of us and call him. His phone goes to the voice mail. Is he with someone? I mean he can obviously be. It's not like we are an item or something. We have casual s*x. He must have wanted to... "You See home!" He comes inside looking so happy to see us. He kisses me. "Where's Carol?" "Sleeping in your room. I was just about to wake her up for lunch. Sandwiches okay?" "Dandy." His hair's askew. He looks sad. No.. more like disappointed? What's up? I wake Carol up and bring her down for lunch. She is excited to see her uncle Grey. "I got you sea-shells!" "You did, baby? Thank you so much." He kisses her cheek. We are sitting at the table, eating lunch. "Where were you?" I ask him casually. "Just here and there." Okay. Don't tell me. Carol is later coloring and watching TV in her blanket fort in the living room. We go upstairs to have s*x. After a couple of rounds of quick f***s suddenly Grey says "I want a smoke." I look at him. He quit smoking long back and I have never seen him crave for one in forever. I just look at him. He gets into his clothes. "I gave Carol her first orgasm," I tell him. He smiles. "and?" "And it's safe to say she'll be a good girl for a reward. Well, she has been good ever since she pushed you off the stairs." "She didn't push me off... " "Oh, shut it. Will Ya?" "I went out to look for a little. I left when you guys did and came back today." He confesses. "Did you see someone you like?" "Nope." "Not even a little?" "Not even a little." "It's okay. We still have months ahead of us." "You found Carol almost instantly." "Well, she is hard to miss." I smile. He smiles back. I pull him back to me and kiss him. Later, we go downstairs to a sweet little Carol who fell asleep in her blanket fort. "We should go back." "Stay the night. I am still moping." I laugh. "We need to wake her up, or she'll keep us awake all through the night." Christian picks her up into his arms and snuggles her. "I want a little of my own Jay. I really do." "You'll find him or her soon." I smile at him. "You know Carol is yours too, right?" "She is. She is always mine. You are too." He says but doesn't look at me. He is busy admiring a sleeping Carol in his arms.
