First day of school Cont'd

Alexander POV

The moment that black porsche pulled into our school compound, my brother and I knew our mate was inside, i wanted to see her face to touch her, her smell was overpowering but i also smell that she is a human, a guy exited the car, he was werewolf, but why was he inside a car with our mate, my wolf was not liking that but he immediately calm down when he saw a shewolf exit the same car, she was looking at the guy with so much love and affection, "they were mates", but thats when the most beautiful girl I've ever saw in my entire life exit the car, she glanced over her shoulders as if she could sense that i was here,but i hid behind the trees, she turn to realize that her friends was walking ahead of her and she started catching up to them, i so badly wanted to hold her hands but i must find Xander, " where was he anyway", I mind link my brother and ask him his location he said he was in our home room, he was about to ask something else but i quickly cut him off and made my way to our home room, i got there and just as i expected my dufus twin was in class with a bunch of shewolf swooning over him, I rolled my eyes at how silly the girls can act just because we're alphas, that when i smell that scent again, i looked at my brother who was now had a fixed gaze at the door, he smelled it too, i smirk at that, my brother and I shared everything so i knew we would share a mate, our home room door was pushed open and the same girl i saw earlier exiting that black porsche came in with the same shewolf, and thats when my brother and I said it, "MINES!"........

Everyone turned to look at Aerial and me, but somehow it felt as if all the attention was on me. Oh my god, not even 5 minutes in this place and I'm already getting unwanted attention. Someone should just kill me now because that is exactly what mom is going to do if I get into some form of trouble today. I wasn't a religious person, but I mentally thanked God when the lecturer walked in and told us to have a seat.

"Okay, class, let's all have a seat so we can get our lesson started. Come on, chop chop!"

I couldn't have felt more relief when the first lecturer walked into the class and told everyone to get into their seats. I sat right beside Aerial; thank God for her. I don't know what I would have done if she wasn't here; well, I might just have skipped school today, as if!

"Um, sir, we have a new student, sir," one of the twin boys who shouted mine said.

And at those words, my heart stopped for like a minute or two. What was this asshole playing at? I didn't do s**t to him, so why was he picking on me? That's what the lecturer said.

"Aww, yes, we do have a new student, and per tradition, you miss Amelia Henry, Henry, Henry, Henry,. Why does that name sound familiar? Anyway, you, my dear, have to introduce yourself and say a few words about yourself".

I could feel the knot in my throat. I literally wanted to run and throw up, but I mentally put on my big girl pants and bossed up. I was labeled a loser in my old school, so I most definitely won't be labeled a loser in this school, especially by some supernatural beings. I am a human, and we humans have done wonderful things. After my pep talk to myself, I went to stand at the front of the class and began.

"Hello everyone, my name is Amelia Henry, I am sixteen years old, and I am from New York City. I have an older brother, and we both live with our mom in the Schade mansion. We moved here a few days ago, so I'm basically still adjusting to my new environment, and I hope that you will all accept me to be part of your class and we can all become friends.

"Oh, dear Lord, Adalind Schade is your mother, and she is back in town?" the lecturer asked in a surprising yet amusing tone.

"Yes sir. Do you know my mother?"

"Hmm, yes, we grew up together; how is your father?"

"Well, um, my dad passed away".

"Oh, I'm sorry for your loss; hmm, that explains Adalind being here. Okay, you can have a seat, Ms.Henry. In the moment, where were we in our last lesson?".

Those two guys kept their gaze on me the entire class. It was so creepy that I started to pray for the end of class to finally come, and at the sound of the bell, it was as if Aerial was reading my mind. Crap, I keep forgetting werewolves can read minds, but I was glad about that this time. She held my hand and walked as fast as possible out of the class with the two guys tracking after us, of course. We finally came to a closed door, and Aerial pushed me in to close the door behind us.

"Oh my god, Ria, that's my nickname for my new best friend. Why are they following us? Did I do something wrong or did I say something I shouldn't have said?".

"No, you did nothing wrong, but I think I should mind linking Josh for him to come get us".

"Mind Link?", I asked her, confused.

"Yes, Josh and I can mind-link each other through our bond".

Oh, you mean because you guys are mates?"

"Well, not exactly, but yeah, we threw our mate bond as well as our werewolf bond".

"Oh, and thanks, by the way, for telling me you are my brother's soul mate".

"I wanted to tell you, Amy, but I didn't know how you would react, especially because of your family situation. You know, you don't know your mother and brother are werewolves.".

"Whatever Aerial, you're lucky; you're cute, and I also like you. I've never seen Josh like this, so whatever you're doing, keep it up".

Thanks, oh, and yeah, werewolves can hear your thoughts, so be careful what you say in that pretty little head of yours around them, okay? And, um, well, has your mom told you anything about mates".

I was about to answer when the door swung open to reveal my brother Josh, who came running in, asking if we were okay as he grabbed Aerial in his arms.

"Josh, we are fine, and I'm not the one they were after.

Wait a minute, did she just say ' they were after me', as if someone was after me? What the actual f**k, I need to get to my mom now. That was all I could think about, 'MOM".

"Well, who could the Alpha twins be? Oh, I knew you would cause trouble, Amy. Oh, for crying out loud, you couldn't even give it a freaking day or two; just wait until mom finds out you're gone and starts having problems with the Alphas.".

Josh, calm down; she didn't, and if I had known you would react like this, I wouldn't have called you. I'm sorry, Amy".

I just started crying. I mean, I know to them I'm just a weak human, but I'm also his sister, and iI thought Josh would actually protect me, especially now that he knows I only have him and my mom. How could he think I was actually making trouble on my first day? I don't even know those two bastards..

"Well, why are they chasing you guys? I swear, Amelia", but I was just cut off by Ria's explanation.

"That's what I'm trying to say; when we both entered the class, the Alphas said mine, and I know it couldn't possibly be me, so it must be Amy".

Aerial and Josh both turned to look at me. I stood there with tears running down my cheeks as Josh grabbed my hands and pulled me into a hug and whispered the words "I'm sorry, Mia". We all stood there looking at each other, and I decided to break the awkward silence.

"Can't I just apologize for whatever I did or said wrong?".

"You did nothing wrong, Amy; let's just get back to class, okay, and stick with Aerial".

"okay".

Aerial and I made our way to our second period class. We were a bit late, but there weren't any teachers present, so we were early. The twins were there as well, looking at me, and in their eyes, they seemed sad but angry as well. I wonder why they were looking at me that way. Aerial and I walked over to a pair of seats and sat down. I pulled my chair a bit closer to Aerial, and she gave me a little chuckle.

What? I asked her.

Scared cat, she said, chuckling.

"No, they're just looking, and it's creeping me out".

"Well, maybe they're looking because they like you".

" what? Hell no, and besides, they're brothers. What type of girl do you think I am? I don't know how you people do it in your world, but in my world, that's a big no, especially from girls like me".

And before Aerial could say anything, I felt a hand gently touch my left shoulder, and I could swear I felt a jolt of electricity spark inside my body, and it felt so good. I think I even felt a bit of wetness in my private area at the feeling of the sensation I was getting. I turned my head and looked up to see a pair of green orbs looking down at me, and I could feel the knot in my throat and the feeling of effervescence in my stomach. I didn't know what to say or how to react, but before any of us could say anything, the lecturer walked in, and still the owner of those beautiful pair of green orbs didn't leave my side before whispering in my ear, sitting with us at lunch'. I had that when I felt a feeling I had never felt before, but it felt so good and i couldn't help but wanted feel more.

After the second period Aerial and i met up with Josh and i fill him in on what took place in our second class I seemed really angry as he said he had asked for us to leave after lunch so Aerial and i should meet him at our lockers after lunch, he got up and left after saying he had some stuff he wanted to get before Mr Tavacian came to pick us up, as i watched Josh walk away my eyes met with the same pair of green orbs looking at me and immediately i look back down at my lunch, i couldn't understand what was happening why were these two Greek like boy's giving me this much attention, Josh said i did nothing wrong even Aerial said it too and i can't come up with anything that i might have done or said wrong so why was i being targeted by them, I looked up to see both brothers looking at me with a smirk on their faces, and I don't know what came over me at that point, but I got up from the table, Aerial, and I was sitting having our lunch. I walked right over to the table they and their friends were at, talking and eating their food, and in the angriest voice I could muster up, I said, ' KNOCK IT OFF'!. Aerial came running over and grabbed my arms before she said "I'm sorry, Alphas, she is new here and she doesn't understand. The two brothers started laughing and looking at us".

"Oh, so you think that it is funny? Tell me which part of that or that is so funny,so I can laugh as well, morons."

"Amy, stop it. I'm sorry alphas, it won't happen again. Let's go meet Josh, Amy.".

"Who's Josh", one of the twins asked.

"What did you just say? Do I know who you are? So you guys are bullies? Well, I won't be bullied by either of you; I won't run either!",

"I'm sorry I should introduce myself. I'm Xander Mccain, and this is my twin brother, Alexander Mccain, and it's a pleasure to meet you, little one".

Well, I can't say the same, Xander, whatever."

His stupidly hot brother giggled, and with all honesty, I wanted to hear him giggle like that forever.

"What's so funny? You keep laughing; are you that type?".

"You didn't answer my question about Josh".

"He is her brother, Alphas.".

"Okay, good. Well, why don't you both sit down and have lunch with us".

"I'm sorry, Alpha Xander, but we sort of got released from school early today, so we're just about leaving maybe another time".

"Ria, you don't need to explain anything to them; they're bullies, and I hate bullies. Come on, Josh is waiting for us, and just so you know, my big brother will kick your ass if you try anything stupid on me!".

The entire table broke out into laughter, and Aerial grabbed my hand, pulling me away, but my eyes were set on those twins. I was angry about their behavior, but I felt as if I wanted to stay in their space. I wanted to hear them giggle and talk some more, especially Alexander. I could tell he was a bit shy the entire time; he just kept looking at me and smiling, even after I was rude to him. I wanted to hear his voice again, so I could feel the way I felt when he said I should sit with them at lunch.

"What took you guys so long?"

I gave Aerial a pleading look to not say anything, and thank God she understood because she didn't tell Josh about my behavior earlier.

Sorry, um, we went to the bathroom afterwards.".

"Okay, Mr. Tavacian is here; let's go home".

I could sense that someone was there with us, so I turned to look back when I saw Alexander standing there looking sad as he waved goodbye to me, and for a second, I felt sad to leave him.

When we pulled into the driveway of our house, mom and Ms. Juliet were there standing waiting for us to get home. Josh got out first and assisted Aerial and I out. Mom ran over and hugged me, and I hugged her back. We all walked into the house and sat in the living room while Ms.Juliet went to get us some drinks.

"So what happened?" My mom asked the minute we stepped from the vehicle.

"After Josh and I said our goodbyes, Amy and I had classes together, and, um, when we walked into the class, the Mccain brothers acknowledged Amy as their mate.

"Oh my god, what did you just say? You are freaking joking right; you really are joking right".

"No, Amy, it's the truth; I can't believe it, but it is the truth. Mom, you are going to make her reject them, right".

"What, why would you say that, Josh? How could you say that", Aerial said.

"Aerial listen Amy is not like us and has the only man in Amy and my mom's lives. I can't allow this to happen to her, and my father would never agree to this.

"Why, because she is your sister, how is she any different from me or your mom? Isn't she a woman just like us? Do you think no man is going to want to date your sister"?

"I never said that was okay, but those boys are not like my sister, and I won't have them make a mockery of her either".

"Is that what you're doing with me, Josh".

What? No, we're mates".

"Enough from the both of you. Josh, I apologize to Aerial now. You seem to forget she is your equal, and just as you have a say in this, she does too. She is Amy's sister-in-law, and she is right. No one should force Amy into doing what she doesn't want. Let her decide on her own."

"If dad was...

"What do you actually know your dad would have done? He was your father, but he was my mate, and I know him better than anyone in this world. I advise you to go get to know your mate, okay, son, and don't push me this afternoon. Now, if you excuse me and my daughter, we have some chatting to do. Let's go, honey, let's go to my bedroom so we can talk about what happened today.

Mom and I exited the room as Ms. Juliet was about to walk in with the juices she had gone to get. Mom gave her a concerned look, then looked back at Aerial, and she nodded at mom. We both then walked up the stairs and entered Mom's bedroom. I kicked off my shoes, placed my bag on the ground, and jumped onto Mom's huge, comfy bed.

"Just what the doctor ordered, I said, and I lay back down on the comfortable bed that smelled so good".

"Amy, we need to talk about today, dear, at school, what exactly happened".

"Well, just as Aerial said, Oh, they chase after us, mom, why did they do that if you and dad were soul mates and were so in love? I can see how in love Josh is with Aerial and how much she adores him. Why are my friends trying to kill me"?

"I don't think they're trying to kill you, sweedie; I think they're just a bit possessive, and there is something else you should know about us werewolves: our main goal in life is to find our mate and live happy with them, but sometimes fate takes a different turn and some of us search and never find them; we don't exactly get a map that leads us to our mate,and sometimes it's even worse; they got killed, so i bet when those boys saw you, they didn't even have to look any further; they just got a bit too excited and wanted to just say Hi because you're human, honey.

"Well, maybe they should have just used words instead of just one word, MINES!".

Mom and I started laughing at the same time. There was a small knock, and mom said, Come in, Aerial. That was pretty cool.

Um, I just feel I have to tell Amy to at least give them a chance".

"Giggle, you're so sweet, Aerial. I'm glad Josh found a mate like you".

"I know right, mom, and Aerial, don't worry. I know Josh means well, but I wasn't planning on just blowing off the freaking alphas just like that. They gave us permission to stay here. Well, I'm guessing dad took mom away from their pack, so I wouldn't be that rude, and besides, I kind of want to see where this whole mate thing goes.

Aerial smiled and said good, and we all laughed until we were all there talking about random stuff until we all fell asleep.
