Chapter 11: Engineas Midnight.

'Captain. I brew you some coffee.'

"Aaaah~ Thank you Chreation. Can you give me a jug of milk? I like coffee with milk you see... And also, a couple teaspoon of sugar is preferable."

'Understood. I shall quickly grab it for you.'

I'm currently looking over the Radar and the Map simultaneously... Of course... I can see the City of Engineas far in the horizon...

We arrive at the City of Engineas a little bit later than expected. Because I turn off the Propulsion Jet right Fifteen minutes before arriving with it... Making it take a little bit longer.

The reason why I turn it off is because the Later we arrive, the lesser the people would be. Making it easier for me to carry the Sea Dragon to the Dock.

As a Treasure Hunter.... I know how hard it is to bring massive thing in the middle of the crowd... So I prefer if everyone is asleep first...

And also, with it being night... The only one that I need to take care is just the Coast guard. After I finish all the kerfuffle with the Coast guard, I can go straight to the Auction House and start registering my Sea Dragon.

Anyway... My preferred Coffee come and I started sipping on it... I didn't take my eyes off the Radar or Map. Because I'm keeping my eyes out for Sea Crawler. 

Usually, night time is the busiest guard hours. Because they need to worry about the Sea Crawler. Especially because Engineas is right on the coast of the Alkem Kingdom...

But it seems like... The Sea Crawler is having a night off. And instead, they decided to search for food in the sea rather than in the city... Pretty convenient if I say so myself...

It's the perfect time for me to drop the boat and tie the Sea Dragon Corpse behind my boat... So that the Coast Guard would be less suspicious.

I look at all the buttons on the controller table and find which one of the Garage is lit up. It's number three... There are nothing in garage one, two, four, five, six. So I press the Number Three button and then it launches the boat straight to the sea.... The chain is still intact so that the boat won't float away...

"Chreation, Put the Sea Dragon Corpse down."

'Understood. Do you want to latch the Sea Dragon straight to the back of your boat?'

"Yeah. Also, keep the Invisible Chain in tact. I want the Rhea Absolut to pull our boat to the shore."

'Understood Captain.'

Chreation do everything that I told him to do. I grab my backpack to make it less suspicious and also grab a couple of spared harpoons on the side... As usual, just to make it less suspicious.

And now, I open the Rhea Absolut Door and the Ramp reach down to the sea... The Chain pulls the Boat toward the ramp for me.

I step into the boat and then sit down. I look at Rhea Absolut and then tap the Ramp. The Ramp pulled straight back to the Rhea Absolut... And then, The Rhea Absolut disappear from my sight. But for some reason, I still can see the outline... Of course...

If I completely lose Rhea Absolute, then it's going to be hard for me to call the Rhea Absolut...

And Rhea Absolut started pulling me toward the shore... My Engine is on just for a cover... Since if my Engine is off, the coast guard would ask me how I get back to the shore...

Anyway.... Slowly but surely... I enter the Radar of the Coast Guard... I notice from a far that a lot of Light is shining toward me....

And eventually.... I reach the Coast and then I raised my arms immediately. Showing no intention to harm anyone...

"Who are you and where are you from? Why is there a Sea Dragon behind your boat?!"

They asked me with such aggression. It's pretty easy to see what their intention are... They want money of course. They know that they can't fight me because I slay a Sea Dragon that is an adult...

And they know that this is going to pay big time. And they probably wouldn't give me a permit pass to enter the city... But the thing is...

"My Identification Card. I just come back from hunting."

I take out my Identification Card. Which is Gold in colored. They fall down in shock.

"G-Gold Identification Card?! Y-You're a very important person then!"

"Exactly. Now. Would you kindly let me into the city? I want to sell the Sea Dragon first."

The Coast guard swallowed their spit in nervousness... But from my point of view, they're not going to go away easily. They nodded at each other and then started lecturing me.

"I'm sorry Sir. But according to the Law of Engineas... You can't bring any Creature from a far without paying tax to the Coast Guard..."

"Yes Sir, If you want to enter the Engineas... You need to pay 30% of your catch..."

It enrages me how corrupted they are by money... I really want to punch them and throw them to the sea for Sea Crawler to eat them... But I need to hold back.

"Really? When is that Law is created?"

"Ever since the Country existed Sir."

I sigh in rage. I try to calm my rage down and it's not really working... So I immediately said.

"Listen here Coast Guard. I am a Native in Engineas! I've been living here for Eighteen years and never ONCE!!! DID I HEAR ANYTHING LIKE THAT!!! f**k OFF YOU CORRUPT f***s BEFORE I REPORT YOU TO THE AUTHORITY!"

They were scared the moment I raise my voice and give them my information. And then lastly...

"I'm Alfredo Hagane. A Fully pledge Adventurer and Treasure Hunter from Engineas. Now, what do you have to say?"

I crack my fingers and then they nodded. They bowed down and then disperse away from the area...

That's Coast Guard taken care off... Now... There's going to be another thing that I need to take care...

I activate 2 of My Rod of Lyssa and put it on my Boat... Those Coast Guard is already corrupt... So they probably would try to enter my boat. And the moment they do that, They will pass out and the other start to wonder what happen. The moment they touch the passed out guards, that's the moment they're going to pass out...

It's a perfect plan. I keep one Rod of Lyssa, as usual. To force it to De-link. Or if the case is worse, to use it at people...

And now, I make my way straight to the Auction House.
