“I warned you time and time again, Lucky, keep your s**t together,” I hear Seb complain once more. I sit sheepishly between my newfound mates, not wanting to meet Seb’s eyes. I know he is correct, but every time I sense the scent of a new mate, it’s like I lose myself. And every time, I think I will do better, but I don’t.
