Tobias POV My cabin came into view, as I walked Mildred past the palace and to the only place I had not ever taken a woman to before. I was both excited to see what she thought of the cabin and nervous at the same time. I heard her heart rate change and her step falter for just a moment, but then she continued on, and I wondered briefly if she was having second thoughts of joining me. Letting her enter into the cabin first, was not so much me being courteous, but to give her a chance to change her mind and also, to stop her from trying to run from me. That is, if she changed her mind and turned away from the door, I would take her arm and lead her somewhere else.
