CHAPTER 11

-SPYING ON HER-

" But what?" Ella mumbled .

" You promised me a kiss. You actually said that we will kiss this morning," Arthur said and Ella let out a sigh of relief. Damn, she was never going to put herself in this situation ever again. She really needs to do better.

" Come to me baby," Arthur gestured when Ella remained silent.

" Actually, I don't think that that is a good idea," Ella mumbled. She was not going to kiss him.

"But why?" Arthur implored. His hopes were high that they were finally going to have a french kiss.

" I don't think that this is the right time. Besides, I am not ready for it yet," Ella was honest with him.

" Come on, you can't do this to me. You promised. Please fulfil your promises," Arthur kept on begging but Ella was done with that conversation for the kiss was not going to happen.

Arthur told himself that he was not going to push it. They were so close already and the kiss was soon going to happen. He didn't need to be so worried about it. They had even gone an extra mile of sharing a bed and he knew that he was way ahead of his brothers. He was still going to win the bet.

" Okay, I understand. Let me go and prepare. We have to head home," Arthur said and Ella nodded.

As soon as he left, Ella went to take a shower. She really blamed herself for allowing Arthur to her bed but she had to brush that off. She did not want to live in regrets and let that affect her revenge game.

She was not expecting Arthur to be so kind but she had to really pull herself together. She needs not to be carried away. She needs to get hold of her emotions.

The two of them drive back home. They are so cool with each other to the extent that they have inside jokes. Just thinking of what they have melts Arthur's heart.

Carlos was gone when Arthur and Ella came back home and instantly he knew that he had to up his game. They seemed to be closer, like the trip had bonded the two of them. He realised that he needs to think hard about the same and sweep Ella off her feet with his next move. He needs to get in between what she has with Arthur.

Ella settled in her room and removed her design folder. She placed it on top of the table. She wasn't feeling much like herself hence she decided to take a walk. Maybe after that she was going to feel better.

She changed to a biker short and tshirt before walking out. She desperately needed the walk that would even clear her mind.

Carlos was so observant. When he saw Ella walk out, he knew that it was his time to make the plan work.

With that in mind, he sneaked into Ella's room. She had not locked it and this made things easy for him.

He did not have to look far before he got hold of her designs. Damn, the girl was so talented. Her sketches. Damn! The world needs to see what she has got.

As a way to get to her heart, Carlos decided that he was going to use her career and also tattoo her name on his back. She can always remove it after the game. Right now things are pretty tight and he has to do all it takes to win her love.

Ella had not walked far when she realised that she had forgotten her earphones. Heck, she had to go back and get them.

But was Carlos aware of this, hell no!
