2- "Afraid to lose you..."

(Winston’s POV)

Feeling freaking nervous for the first time, my feet were almost shaking when I opened the door and let my dearest, Jade, in.

She was holding a box of pizza she bought for me. Thoughtful as usual.

“Hi,” she greeted me with the smile I could fall in love with every day.

“Hello, Jade...” F*ck it!

I handed the pizza box and carried it as I led her to the living room, and she sat on one of the couches.

“What do you want for a drink? Coffee? Orange juice?”

She gently shook her head and pointed to the pizza I had just put on the table.

“Let’s just eat the pizza while it’s still hot. Don’t you think it’s such a good day for such a pizza craving?” she grinned coolly.

I smiled and nodded, and then I sat next to her.

He took a slice, and so did I, and because of my stupidity, I almost dropped it. Luckily, I caught it right in time.

How clumsy, dude!

“Hey, are you okay? I noticed you’re a bit different today,” she said in her observation.

“Huh?” I felt more nervous.

I was never like this, never as stupid as this, until what happened last night happened!

I was starting to be such a mess!

She chuckled and sweetly shook her head. “Nothing. Let’s eat.”

I nodded and tried to get myself back to my senses.

While Jade enjoyed the pizza, I couldn’t help but stare at her beauty. The only beauty that has captivated my heart since ages ago.

I was struck by how effortlessly she seemed to enjoy the food. Her eyes lit up with each bite, and a contented smile played at the corners of her lips. Her hair falls in loose waves around her face, and her skin glows with a healthy radiance. Despite the casual setting, there was an air of elegance about her. I felt drawn to her classic beauty and grace.

My heart felt like being squeezed every time I would remember what happened the other night and how I accidentally betrayed her for a woman I didn’t even know but I spent the whole night with!

I will never forget it. I still remember so well how it all led to that…

My friends and I were at a bar, and we just had a good time.

One of my friends—Marco—handed me a glass of liquor, and of course, I accepted and drank it without thinking of anything because he was my friend after all.

But after just a few more drinks, I suddenly felt very dizzy. I was even surprised because I don’t get drunk casually, and I didn’t drink more than five glasses that night. They weren’t hard liquors, but why did I seem to get drunk right away? I was so lightheaded, and I felt like falling to my knees at any moment!

I watched my friends waving goodbye one by one and smiled because they had their take-home girls. I just shook my head. I’m not the type who would like any girl around. There is only one woman in my heart, and I have been faithful to her all these years. Jade.

I felt a strange warmth crawling through my body, so I stood up, and when I found an open room, I went in and lay down there, hoping to sleep.

Later, I felt something soft next to me. I was so out of myself and whim, but I figured I wasn’t the only person in the room. My whole body throbbed in the heat. I wasn’t able to control my libido. It was hard to resist it. My mind couldn’t even fight the influence of alcohol!

I took that delicate woman in my arms, and we drove each other to the highest peak we could. I gave her soft and, later on, fast and solid thrusts, and she came now and then, and that made me feel more insane taking her over and over for the rest of the night I had with her.

I couldn’t see her face because the room was so dark. And maybe if I did see it, I wouldn’t remember that much because I wasn’t in my right mind.

I woke up the following day in disbelief. I wasn’t in my room, and the place was unfamiliar! I looked around while entirely clueless as to where I was. What was even more intriguing was that my whole body was naked and covered only by a thin sheet. And I didn’t sleep all alone! A naked woman was sleeping soundly next to me!

I got nervous. I could even hear my heart beating so weirdly fast. Although I couldn’t see her face because she was lying with her back turned from me, I knew that this was the girl I lay with last night and something happened between us.

I slightly removed the blanket covering her bareback. I proved that she didn’t have any tattoos. This was different from Jade.

Jade has a tattoo on her right side lower back; her hair is also in loose waves with a shade of brown. Whereas this lady beside me presently has straight, medium-length black hair.

Looking at how flawless her shoulders were, I could feel the pulse and the need starting to be aroused again in between my thighs. Remembering what this woman and I just had the last night turned me on, and I felt the urge to take her into my arms once more, rub my body against hers, and make her moan in my ear endlessly while kissing her luscious lips and biting her neck down to her mounds.

Damn!!!

I cursed myself and brushed my fingers through my hair in complete frustration.

Apart from the fact that I was sober, and the drunkenness was gone, why would I want to repeat what happened last night? I think I’m losing my head!

Before she could get up from her sleep, I decided to pick up the clothes I had just thrown on the floor and put them on one by one, and then I left without a trace.

I don’t want the girl to see me because she might misunderstand and use what happened between us to her advantage to get a hold of me. She was not familiar with me. He didn’t seem to know me either, which was good. He couldn’t claim any responsibility from me. It was only a one-night thing that shouldn’t happen again.

I suddenly remembered Jade. s**t! I had just turned unfaithful towards her!

She is the only woman in my life, and since I met her and loved her, I have looked for nothing else but her. She is the only one I intend to give my life to, so whatever happened last night, it was just an accident. I didn’t want to. Well, technically speaking, I liked it. I enjoyed the moment, but that was because I was under the influence of alcohol, and whatever was in the alcohol I drank made me lose my sanity right away—

The subtle realization made me stop. I stepped on the brake of my car so hard that it stopped on one side. Something was put in the drink given to me, which made me so aggressive!

I called Marco and our other friends, but they weren’t answering, so I went to their place personally!

The two friends who were our drink buddies last night were still there at Marco’s condo unit. I confronted them all.

“Marco, tell me, did you put something on the drink you gave me last night, huh?!”

“What are you talking about, dude—”

“I know you know exactly what I am talking about, man! Do not play innocent! Tell me, did you put some drugs in my glass?”

“Yeah, dude, but—”

“I knew it!” I held his collar and gave him a hard punch on his face.

“Winston, that’s enough!” Our other friends stood in between us to stop the heating tension.

“What’s wrong with you, huh, Winston? You’ll rush here early in the morning, and you will hit me with your uncontrollable temper, huh?!” Marco was angry, too.

I did not answer. I just gave him a deadly glare.

“Chill! It wasn’t just you alone! I gave the same to our friends, too! And they didn’t get mad at me! The truth was they even enjoyed it and the effects of it in their night performances in bed! So, take a deep breath and relax!”

I turned to George and Klaus.

“You, George, Klaus, are you aware of the type of chemical he mixed in the alcohol he gave us last night?”

“Dude, it’s just a libido booster! There’s absolutely nothing to be so overdramatic about!” Klaus spoke out.

“Libido booster pill! And you were aware of it!” I turned to George. “How about you, George? You also knew it?”

He couldn’t look at me because the answer was yes, and he was guilty.

“So, you knew it! All of you were aware of it except me!” I continued to exclaim in disbelief and major disappointment towards their action.

“What’s the fuss all about, man? Just chill—”

“Shut up, Marco!” My voice thundered, and that made all of them silent. “When the time comes that my life is ruined because of this nonsense joke of yours, you will all be held accountable to this, and I’m going to haunt each one of you, mostly you, Marco!” I warned them firmly. I meant it!

I left them there dumbfounded! I don’t care about them anymore! What’s important to me is Jade, and I hope that the unintended event of that night will not affect the relationship between us.

She might not yet be my girlfriend, but I have been pursuing her love for years, and she is the only one I want to be with. I’m afraid that when she finds out, she’ll be hurt, and she will stay away from me. I can’t handle that. I can’t live without her.

I must forget this. What happened last night was just a terrible nightmare. For me, it didn’t happen at all!

I went home to my condo and took a shower right away. The splash of cold water on my body still didn’t help to relieve the heat I felt, and it only added fuel to the fire as I was once again reminded of what happened between that stranger and me.

In a very dark room, she was so delicate beneath me. I drove her to the peak, and she drove me insane. I utterly lost my mind, and we didn’t care about anything but just the two of us and the pleasure we got as we sent our bodies to our kind of nirvana.

While in the shower, I imagined that woman being here with me. I would wrap her leg around my waist, and I would crush her sensitive neck with my intense kisses with such an uncontrollable need.

Thrusting inside her, listening to her sexy moan, gliding my sword in and out of her softest folds, making my rhythm gentle at first but rough in the middle, reaching my peak, and cumming and letting my juices spill from inside her down to her legs and she would feel the hotness of my liquid gushing through her skin.

Damn it! I screamed and punched the wall so hard that I stopped imagining and fantasizing about that woman I didn’t even know!

It felt freaking infectious, and it affected my mind and body to its full extent! f**k! It was so wrong, yet I couldn’t help it!

Going back to the present time, I looked at Jade, and I felt bad for her for what I did. Although it was unintentional, and I never intended to be unfaithful to her, I was still supposed to do what I just did that night.

“Jade, there’s something I want to tell you…”

She looked at me and smiled. “What is it?” “”

“Jade, I…”

She waited patiently.

I wanted to tell her. I wanted to be honest. But I didn’t know where to start. I was torn between telling her or hiding it forever. I was guilty, so I meant to confess to her, but at the same time, I was afraid that if she found out, she wouldn’t only be angry with me, she’d even leave me. I didn’t want any of that to happen. I never wanted to see her walk out of my life because of a one-night mistake I made with a stranger.

“Yes, Winston?”

Ultimately, I decided to shake my head gently and hold her hand tightly. “I don’t want to lose you, Jade. Promise me that whatever happens, you won’t leave me, okay?”

She sighed softly and then smiled and nodded. “Of course! I won’t leave you. I’m never going to do that, Winston!”

I hugged her. Although she was a bit confused by how I carried myself today, she still hugged me, too, and tapped my back without questions.

I’m so in love with her that I can’t even imagine watching her disappear from my life!
