Chap-5

I relaxed against the car seat. Arms crossing over my chest. The ride was silent. No talking, no music. Only the sound of engine and wheels moving could be heard.

"When we will reach there?" I asked him.

"In about 4 hours." he said, loosening his tie a bit.

I hummed in response.

"Do you have siblings? "

"Yes. One sister." he said, his eyes concentrating on the road.

"Your pack consists of how many wolves?"

"1000."

Wow. Pretty big pack.

I turn to look at him, examining his good looks. His jawline was a perfection. His forehead was slightly creased as he concentrated on the road. His full pink lips, so kissable. His long, curled eyelashes touches his cheeks when he blinks. I felt my eyelid's dropping. I saw him turn to look at me before I fell into deep sleep.

"Wake up." I heard someone shaking me by my shoulder.

"Why?" I mummer, my eyes still closed.

"We are almost there" A voice came.

"Where?" I asked, confused.

"Our pack!" An angry voice came with a growl.

Our pack? What pack?

Then I remembered finding my mate and moving to my new pack.

I yawned and rubbed my eyes removing sleep from them. We were going through a well paved road with trees on either side of the road.

I patted my messy hair down and fixed my clothes. We entered into the territory. The pack grounds were beautiful, full of different kinds of trees and plants. I saw kids playing in front of their houses. We stopped in front a big house. Which was beautiful just like others. But it held a look of power. I stepped outside. My legs were cramped. Caleb without waiting for me, walked in the house. I followed suit. I entered the house to see a women standing at the entrance of the room or hall. I stopped a few feet's away from the women, feeling awkward.

"Welcome dear!" She came towards me and hold my hands in her soft hands.

"I am Caleb's mother, Bella." Bella smiled. She was beautiful just like him.

She took me further inside the room. I saw some people standing, already looking this way.

"Hello. I am Jade! Caleb's sister " Jade said, hugging me. I hugged her back. Talk about awkwardness.

"This is my mate, Zachary. Also the beta of the pack." Jade said, pointing to man behind him. He was also good looking, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

"Welcome Luna." he said

"Please call me Leah." I said, smiling.

"Sydney." Sydney was a blonde-white haired girl with steel- gray eyes, said.

"Hello Leah. I am Cameron, the third in command and this is my mate." he said, putting his arm over Sydney's shoulder.

"Nice to meet you all." I smiled.

"You are such a beautiful girl. Perfect for my Caleb." Bella said,

"Thank you." I blushed.

"Caleb is upstairs in his office, taking an important call. Take some rest. We should be going now. " Bella said.

They all left. I sighed.

Let's find our stupid mate. I said to my wolf.

I climbed up the stairs, turning to a corner, following his scent. I reached at a door. I knocked.

"Yes." I heard his deep voice from behind the doors.

I walked in to see him working on some papers. His office was simply decorated. Full length glass wall, on one side of the room. Love seat, and two couches.

"Are you busy?" I walked towards his desk.

"No. I am not." he said, putting away all the papers, he was working on and standing up facing me.

"Are you hungry?" he asked, coming a bit closer.

"Yes."

He nodded and dailed a number on his phone.

"Miles. I want dinner here." he ordered.

"Come. Let me show you our room." he said, walking towards the door.

Our.

I could feel naughty things coming into mind. I shook my head to get rid of stupid thoughts.

I followed him towards our room. He opened the door and I walked in. The  room was simple but was nice, comfortable. A king size bed and a walk in closet.

"Your clothes and everything else have already been put up in the closet. Get fresh, then we will have dinner."

"Thank you." I said and made my way into the washroom.

The dinner went silent. We were in our room, Caleb was talking to someone on the phone, while I was brushing my hair, tying them into lose pony. I got inside the comforters, feeling a bit shy and naughty.

Caleb's back was behind me, I was staring at him. When he removed his shirt. His muscular back and the curves, took my breath away. He got into bed with his shorts only. I could see eight packs peaking under the covers. I sat there with my mouth hung open. He was really a Greek God.

Alpha Caleb and his pack was famous for their beauty. Now I can see why. Gosh! He is damn hot. So eatable.

I could feel his body heat against my skin. I wanted to cuddle with him, but it was inappropriate to do. So I turned to the other side and slept.

I woke up alone in the bed, in morning. I sighed, wishing he was with me on the bed. After refreshing myself, I walked down the stairs into kitchen. I saw Caleb eating Bacon and drinking coffee.

"You should have woken me up. I should have made you breakfast." I said, coming closer to his seat.

"You were tired and you needed rest. Here I made it for you too." he said, passing me a cup of coffee and plate of bacon.

"Thank you. " I said, kissing his cheek.

The gesture was so cute that I couldn't resist myself to kiss his cheeks.

He looked surprised. I wanted to laugh at his surprised expression but composed myself.

"Today we are going to meet my highest rank warrior wolves." he said, taking a sip of his coffee.

I hummed as I was chewing on bacon.

Walking behind Caleb, I watched as his muscles moved. What a pleasure sight. I look like a teenage love sick girl.

He suddenly stopped causing me to crush into his back.

"Ow." My hands automatically went around him, to prevent myself from falling.

"Are you okay?" he asked, tuning around. Taking me in his arms.

I nodded. I hugged him tightly. Feeling good in his arms. I stood up on my toes and put my nose in the crook of his neck. Inhaling his scent. It excited my wolf. He shivered. He pulled me closer. His nose caressing my right cheek.

"Alpha!"

We broke apart, feeling embarrassed, I looked down at my feet.

"Alpha. Warriors are here." a guard said.

"Okay." he sad, running his hand in his hair.

"Come on." he said ,smiling at me for the first time.

A dimple formed on his right cheek when he smiled, which took my breath away. He looked much more handsome with dimple on his cheek. I was in daze. He put his hand on my back and we got into the room.

"Alpha. Luna." three warriors said, bowing.

"This is Bradford. The third best warrior, also protector of the Luna." Caleb said pointing to the wolf. He was handsome, tall and well built.

"Pleasure to meet you. Luna."

"Pleasure to meet you too, warrior. "

"This is James. The second best and also the protector of the Luna." James was also good looking and tall and well built like Bradford.

"Luna. Nice to meet you."

"You too. Warrior. "

"And this is Maxwell. The head of training section. " Maxwell was also good looking and built like others.

"Pleasure. Luna". He winked at me.

Caleb growled at him. I smiled.

Possessive. Good.

"You too, warrior. " I decided to tease Caleb so I winked at Maxwell.

I could feel him boring holes into the side of my face.

"You can leave now. Come afterwards, to discuss about the recent issues." Caleb ordered them with a clenched jaw.

They all left. It was me and him alone.

"Don't play with fire." He said, coming towards me. He narrowed his eyes at me.

"I can and I will." I said, looking straight into his eyes.

He pushed back the strand of my hair behind my ear. He moved closer to me until we were chest to chest. His hot breath on my ear caused shivers running down my spine.

"But be careful, you can get burnt." he smirked and walked away, leaving me alone in the room.
