Lily got up at seven, her normal time, and was glad to do so. She had slept badly and awoken from disturbing dreams several times. She felt groggy, as sequences from the dreams replayed themselves in her head, so she showered, performed her exercises with extra vigour, showered again, and had breakfast while watching the news. There were a few more snippets about the Dolphin Square paedophile ring, but not enough detail to call it news. She had a feeling that these cases would drag on for years until most of the assailants had died, and then it would all be swept under the carpet.
