Leo’s POV
Today has been extremely challenging already, and it’s not even lunch time yet! My poor sister in law Jan can’t seem to catch a break, despite this being her 18th birthday. A day which should have been filled with fun and laughter, presents and cake! Instead it has been one horrible attack against her after another.
I’m just grateful that things didn’t turn out any worse, as she could have easily turned out dead thanks to her ‘mate’. Jan will need to reject Prince Theodor, and soon, so that she can move on from all of this. A very unpleasant thing to do even under the best of circumstances, but absolutely necessary. I do not foresee any possibility whatsoever of the two of them reconciling after what just happened.
