EVEN THAYU WANTED me to go, so there was nothing for it.
I did note that Sheydu hadn’t nominated Deyu and Reida to come, and there was probably a reason for that.
In true security fashion, Sheydu prepared thoroughly for this expedition. First a time for departure was set, and everything else was planned back from that time. We would leave tomorrow morning, and a schedule that I obtained access to detailed all the things that needed to be done before we left. My tasks were limited, but the equipment needed to be prepared and calibrated.
After we had finished dinner, we carried everything inside the craft so it would be ready. Sheydu even posted Naru and Sevayu to stand guard in the parking area by the craft. Because you never knew. Oh no, she didn’t trust any of this.
