- Okay, thanks for the coffee, see you on Monday Daisy! - Marcus said and grabbed his suit jacket. He left without saying another word and that was when my knees finally gave up. I literally crumbled down the kitchen floor and grabbed my hair.

- BRIDE?! WHAT THE f**k JUST HAPPENED? HOW? WHEN? - I tired to calm down but all the breathing techniques of the world or motivational speeches I've read before couldn't help me. I got up and headed to the shower for start. After my shower I was still on the edge. I needed to release some stress. I grabbed my laptop, and searched for one of my favorite Anime intros from the serie "Your lie in April". Despite the fact that I couldn't bring my heart to watch the series itself, I loved the intro music. I sang from the top of my lungs on my mother tongue. My hair was still went and I wore only an oversized yellow t-shirt and a new pair of panties. My poor babies had no idea what got into mommy but I couldn't stay put. What happened to me was something out of a fantasy book! I didn't hear my phone buzz since I was singing from the top of my lungs using my hairbrush as a mic. When the last refrain came I stood in the middle of my bedroom dramatically and reached towards the ceiling in the most cliché way.

For a second I forgot my meaningless problems and wondered, if I could still become a singer in Japan, when I was brought back to reality from my dream world. My phone rang I picked it up without looking at the screen.

- Hello! - I said energized after singing and dancing out my worries.

- Hi babybee!- Baby what? -I asked myself and looked at the screen.

- Mr Kane?!

- I'm fine, don't worry! Please come to the 12th district police station to clear up a misunderstanding.

- I'm heading out immediately! Don't move! - I put the phone down and quickly dried my hair, jumped into a pair of black jeans and kept the yello t-shirt on. I checked on my phone the fastest way to the police station but due to the morning traffic jams the fastest way would've been by foot.

- Thirty minutes is too long. Mr Kane must be in trouble if he called for me and not for Max! - Desperate situations require creative solutions! - I thought and grabbed my skates. It's been ages since I've used them but that didn't matter till they still worked. I out on my black helmet decorated with little flowers and bees and grabbed my phone, wallet and keys. I blew a kiss to my baby girls and made a mental note for myself to buy them something as a bribe for not letting them out this morning. I've skated to the police station and in less than fifteen minutes, I was already at the reception.

- Hey Miss! You can't come in on skates! - the receptionist said and I tried to catch my breath.

- You don't understand! It's an emergency.

- Babybee? - I heard Marcus's voice, he was sitting on the bench with an officer. I looked at him in disbelief but he winked at me. As if he said "Keep up the act". I rolled to him and saw the handcuffs.

- Honey! What are you doing here? - I turned to the officer and started whining angrily.

- Let my Honey boo go! Why are you restraining him like a criminal?! Don't you know who he is?! Wait till I call our lawyers. - Marcus's eyes widened but he turned to the officer.

- I told you. - the officer was in shock as the tiny, cheerful and bubbly woman started to lecture him. He took the handcuffs off.

- Sorry for the misunderstanding Mr. Kane. Miss Asano Smith please calm down. See, he is free to go. - the officer said and my eyes filled with tears. I was so exhausted and scared, then relieved that my body couldn't handle the sudden changes. Marcus stood up and held me to his side, for wish I was grateful as my knees trembled. s**t I need to exercise more...

- Thank you officers! Have a nice day! - he said and escorted me out of the police station. Outside when we were far enough from the cameras I sighed so loudly that Marcus chuckled.

- What?! What was this about?! - he was back to his usually gloomy self in matter of seconds and I immediately humbled myself.

- Excuse me for raising my voice.

- Okay. By the way, I could ask the same.

- What do you mean Mr. Kane?

- I was reported yesterday that I've kidnapped you!

- NANI?! - I caught my hands in front of my mouth. I got so surprised that I asked him in Japanese. Marcus grinned dangerously.

- Your little friend called the police that I've kidnapped you from the club.

- I'm so sorry! I'll talk to her, please pardon me! - I said and bowed deeply. Marcus grabbed my shoulders and pulled me in for a hug.

- Mr. K-k-Kane... - I mumbled and he whispered into my ear.

- There are too many preying eyes , so watch what you do. - he released me when he felt that I stopped shaking.

- Come, I'll take you home. - he said and I shook my head.

- I don't want to cause more trouble, also, I need to increase my stamina a bit. So I'll head home on these! - I said lifting a leg up. Marcus shrugged and got into his car. Max shook his head from behind the steer wheel and I knew he'll give me an earful on Monday. I rolled home and the first thought I had was. Is it too late to pack my things up and flee?
