I had a hidden agenda. One that not even my parents knew about. I had been thinking about my plan for many months before making my first move. I carefully watched her and tried to find out as much as I could about her. She was alone in this world, and although she was quite well-read and pretty bright … When it came to matters of the heart, she seemingly didn’t have any experience. Her lack of experience was what made this the perfect plan.
For the next couple of months, I made sure that she was absolutely infatuated with me, and I kept pursuing her around every corner! On her birthday, I even bought her a car! Not that she knew how to drive, or that I would ever allow her to … I did, however, take her out for a couple of lessons, which ended up with us in the backseat.
