“She heard me!” I shouted and did a little happy dance. She didn’t hear the rest of what I said, but she heard me! Finally!
Valerie’s POV
“Valerie, are you okay? How is your head?” Aries called for Dr. Felix to come and give me a full check-up after I heard someone scream. He didn’t hear it, so I must be going crazy! Was I crazy before the accident? Did I perhaps harm myself? No, it couldn’t be because the moon goddess told me that I couldn’t trust others. She didn’t say anything about me harming myself.
“I’m fine.”
“Do you mind telling me what happened? Every small detail can help.” I could see that Dr. Felix was worried and leaned back onto the pillows, explaining what happened.
