As we suspected, what happened to Aries, also happened to Gerard. It took only a couple of days for him to shift into a rogue and he was soon followed by everyone that had been bitten by Aries. Aries was getting sicker by the day. He wasn’t eating and kept trying to get out with what little energy he had left.
His body was rotting away at an alarming rate which was strange when we compared it to what the rogues looked like that attacked us. They were all healthy from what little we could see. None of them looked like rogues except for the colour of their eyes, which led me to ask the librarians to search for a spell that would stop the horrific deterioration of my mate!
