Valerie’s POV
Everyone was in the dining room except for Grace and Emily who were busy organizing breakfast for all our unexpected guests. I hadn’t slept much, and by the looks of it, nobody else did either. Luckily, their rooms had already been prepared before the event. After what happened, the evening was completely ruined and we sent everyone home. Aries asked the council to stay overnight and strangely enough most of them agreed. They were probably just as interested in what happened as we were. It was clear that the young girl was probably the witch helping the rogue leader keep his people in check. She was awfully young, but then again, she was a witch.
The main thing on my mind, however, was that I remembered. I was the Alpha's daughter. The rightful ruler of the Moon Stone Pack.
