Chapter 20 what do you mean hunt,

  Mercury’s P.O.V

  I was so relieved to hear from Anna, but then the link suddenly got cut off. I tried and tried, over and over again to mind-link her, but the connection was gone. I was so pissed off, my wife and daughter were run off the road, then my mate was set on fire and almost burned to death, then my daughter was kidnapped and I had no way of getting in touch with her, let alone finding her. I was storming around my office, throwing books and punching holes in the walls, I even broke my desk in two pieces when I slammed my fist down on it. Cheyenne couldn't even lie down on her back or hardly get out of bed, she couldn't even lift her head up because it caused her too much pain. Doctor Cloud had to wrap her back up and half her body in special bandages to help with her healing. He said he would take the bandages off in a week to see how she was healing, but until then she has to stay in the pack hospital. Doctor Cloud said that it might be best to sedate Cheyenne to help with the pain, but when she heard what he said she freaked the f**k out and told him that if he even thought about sedating her he would cut his balls off and mine. Everyday they took her to a cooling area and placed her into a cool bath. I could hear her screams and all I wanted to do was wrap my arms around her and take her pain away, but I knew I couldn't because it would just hurt her even more. Cheyenne took a turn for the worse this morning as some of her wounds had got infected and Doctor Cloud had now said that she was in critical condition, they had to sedate her for her own good and they had to place her in a special room with twenty four seven supervision, just in case something happened. All I want to do is find those bastards and rip them to shreds, I wanted to see them suffer, I wanted to make them suffer the way that they made my family suffer.

  “Cody, Amber, Goldie, Trevor, Kenny Chyna, I need you all here, right now. Come to my office.” I said, mind-linking all of them and then cut the link. I knew Hawk would be pissed at me for not asking him to come, but he had a new baby and Faith to take care of and I would deal with his anger after. A few minutes later they had all arrived and they were shocked with the sight they were met with.

  “Listen guys, I don't have time to explain what happened here, but your Luna Alpha is in critical condition and our daughter is missing. We need to find her and when we find these guys, we will show them no mercy. I will kill each and every one of them and I don’t care who or where they are, they are dead, dead f*****g dead.” I said, looking at all of them. They all stared at me in fear, the anger and hate clear as day in my eyes.

  Goldie’s P.O.V

  Mercury and I had grown up together, he was like a brother to me and I knew him well enough to know that when he is pissed off like this there is no stopping him.  This is how we got everything we have now, he's an awesome Alpha Don, but I also know what Mercury and Cheyenne have been through. They have been through hell and back, twice and when they are together there is no stopping them, but this time Cheyenne is seriously hurt. I remember the last time Cheyenne was hurt, Mercury lost it big time and this time it was so much worse because not only did they hurt his Queen, they took his princess.

  “Mercury, you need to calm down. Cheyenne needs you, she needs you to be strong. You being like this will not help her and it wont help us to find Anna and get her back. You need to stay strong brother. We will find Anna, somehow, somewhere we are going to find her, but we need you to calm down and start thinking straight.” I calmly said, stepping closer to him and sighing. He needed to keep his head or things could get even worse.

  Anna’s P.O.V

  I was pushed into the next room and after I had punched this strange looking, toothless asshole he grabbed his chin and smirked at me.

  “You are going to be so much fun to hunt.” The man said, still smirking. What did he mean hunt?

  “Sir, she's here.” The man said, looking behind me. He then turned and walked out of the room, closing the door behind him. I turned to look at who he was talking to and saw a huge muscular man standing behind a desk, he looked to be about 6.3 and in his late fifties, with tattoos all over his arms and he wore his brown hair up in a ponytail. His brown eyes looked me up and down, giving me the creeps before he smirked at me.

  “Sit down.” The man said, but I just stood there.

  “I’d rather stand.” I replied, but he glared at me as if I didn't sit down he would do something horrible to me.

  “And I said sit down.” He demanded, the tone of his voice sending me a warning. I sat down in a chair that looked like it was about to fall apart and when I sat in the chair it made this weird creaking noise. I watched as the man sat down in the chair behind his desk and he began to talk, I was only half listening to him because I was busy looking for a way out, but then he cleared his throat and I looked right at him. He was clearly pissed.

  “Now that you have finished looking around and trying to find a way out, I will assure you that there is no way out of this room, but the door behind you. Now are you ready to listen or do we need to punish you before the game begins?” The man asked and all I could do was nod. I didn't want to be punished and I had no way of knowing what his type of punishment would be.

  “Okay here is the game, we are going to take you to a place and set you free, you will then have a two hour head start before we start hunting you. The clock starts as soon as I say so and no you will not be able to use your powers.” The man said and then I felt a prick in my neck. I stood up looking at another strange man that was standing behind me, smirking. I tried to move, but my head felt so dizzy and my body felt really heavy.

  “Man, are you sure we can't keep this one? At least let me have some fun with her first. Look at that plump ass.” The man that injected me said and then there was nothing. All I saw was blackness, I was surrounded by darkness and couldn't hear anything.
