Poppy’s POV
“Lady Annabelle is looking for you Lady Celeste.” I say to Celeste.
She gets up and asks me to follow her. I can feel a ping of excitement rush over me. Celeste and I talked about this, I want to make sure I don’t mess up the plan. We leave out of the side of the house and I duck behind the bushes.
“Okay,stay here and out of sight.” Celeste tells me.
“Sure no problem.” I say with a wink. Celeste walks over to her. I did meet Annabelle at her welcome ball and I was struck by her natural beauty, but I have to say, seeing her right now. I’m struck all over again. She might be the most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen.
