Anita's Point Of View
My heart was pounding as I ran as fast as I could out of the VIP room, not looking back.
Did my manager want to pimp me out? Did that man see me as a w***e and tried to touch me?
My mind reeled as I thought about all these bumping into my manager.
“Back so early? I thought you'd stay there for a while.” He said smiling.
“You took me there to pimp me out.” I said angrily, tears pooling my eyes.
“That's a strong word to use. Like I said, showcasing our best assets is what I did.” He said walking away.
“You know what? You can show your other best assets. I quit.” I said to him throwing my waitress pin at him.
He laughed loudly as he looked at me.
“Nice one. You can stop throwing your tantrum and pick back your pin.” He said dismissively.
I walked out of the restaurant banging the doors. Tears pooled my eyes as I walked back home.
I was with little cash and I had just walked out of the only job that could pay me with my lowly qualifications.
Just great.
“Maybe I should go back.” I thought to myself.
I sighed realizing I was fooling myself and knowing my manager he wouldn't even bat an eye to send me out of the premises.
I reach my apartment building tired and hungry.
I walk up the stairs to my room door knocking slightly for my roommate to open.
“Just a second.” A feminine voice sounded from inside.
My roommate and my best friend Emma opened the door.
“Hi love, How was work? You're early today.” She asked, moving for me to move inside.
“Work was terrible. I quit.”
“That's amazing. I have been waiting for the pro-”
She paused looking at me in confusion.
“You what?”
“You heard me.”
“Oh honey. Wanna talk about it?”
“I'm not in the mood now. I'm going to stuff my face in vegan yogurt and cry.”
“You're not going to go do that crap. We're going out this evening and have a girl's night and drink until we can't remember our names.”
“Emma please.”
“I don't want you to go back to how you were. Please let's not hope up and relax.” She said holding my hands.
I let out a deep sigh remembering the events of a few years. I was in shock for months and couldn't say a word. Emma helped me through it and also paid for my therapy and helped me put my life slightly back on track.
“Fine. Let's go.”
“Yayyy.”
We begin dressing up wanting to head out to the club.
Emma hands me a dress she insists I wear and begs me to let my hair down.
I put on the dress and it's a red latex short dress and I put on some makeup and I let my blonde curls down.
“You look so good. You look good enough to eat even.” She said spinning me around
“Oh…” I said, my cheeks flaming.
“Okayyy. Let's head out.”

We head downstairs stopping at the receptionist.
“Um. Excuse me?” I said to the receptionist.
“Yes-” She said starstruck as she looked at us.
“Miss?” I said, smiling at her.
“Yes Sir. Is there anything I can help you with? Anything at all.” She said leaning.
“Oh thank you but no.” I said, realizing the innuendo. “I want to speak to your manager.”
“Oh.” She headed inside, coming back with a pudgy man with a Slightly balding hairline.
“Oh. It's a delight to meet you.” He said his smile stretching as he saw all of us.
“We would like to inquire about a worker of yours. She served in our private room. A bit tall, slender, blond hair.”
“Oh. Anita Stone.” His lips turned into a frown.
“Anita.” I murmured. She was as beautiful as her name.
“She just quit.” He said.
“Quit? Why?” I asked confusedly.
“I don't know. Private personal reasons she didn't reveal.”
“Hm. Thank you.” I said leaving the restaurant.
“She quit.” I said to the others as we entered the limo.
“Quit?” Jace said, his eyebrows turning.
“It's been quite a stressful day. We should go to the club today and unwind.” Scott said, running his hand through his hair.
“There's a meeting at the pack tomorrow and you want to go to the club?” Tony asked looking outside the window.
“Yup. Are you coming?”
“Sure.”

We just arrived at the club and I can't feel people's eyes on me as I walk past.
We headed to the bar to get a drink.
“Two wet martinis please.” Emma shouted to the bartenders.
I scoped around the club looking at nothing in particular.
“What are you looking for? Some hot guy or guys?” She said winking.
“You're insatiable.” I said with a giggle remembering the four guys from the restaurant.
A shiver passed through my body as I imagined them here with me.
“What are you thinking about?” She said, handing me my colorful drink.
“Nothing much. Just some hot guys I saw at the restaurant today.” I said sipping the drink.
“Ouu okay. Feeling adventurous aren't we?” She said laughing.
I laugh as I look at the people in the club dancing, some talking out and some people making out in the corner.
My eyes moved to a particular group of people in the VIP section upstairs.
It was them. They were here.
