Chapter 2:The Spark

Two years later Tony taps his foot against the floor as he looks at his Bolex 2023 edition watch as he awaits Scott and Lucas's entrance. They were always late for everything. Meetings, birthdays and other occasions. “Relax, they'll show.” Jace said to Tony. He was always so carefree. “They do this all the damn time.” Tony said with a sneer. “I'm sure they have a perfectly good reason and the client is also late.” “More reason to cancel the contract.” Immediately the door was pushed up on by Lucas and Scott following behind. “You're late.” Tony said with a sneer. “Sorry about that. It took us a while to find exactly where the restaurant was.” Scott said sitting. “You've literally been here before. Countless times.” Jace said amusedly. “Oops. Must be Men-o-pause.” Lucas said with a grin. “Ha-Ha. Very funny.” Tony said. Soon after, the client entered inside. “Apologies for my lateness. It took quite a while for me to find the restaurant.” Mr Gonzalez said red faced. “Indeed.” Tony said. 1“You were the one who picked the restaurant though.” Lucas said, sipping his water. “You know. Old age does things to you.” He said with a laugh. “Hm. Zip up your fly Mr Gonzalez. We don't need to see your debauchery.” “Ha-Ha. Being a man right?” Mr Gonzalez said with an awkward laugh. “Touche.” Anita's Point of View “Come on,you need to serve tables 16 and 17 and we have a new VIP coming in today.” I move, grabbing the plates from the table heading to tables 16 and 17. “Anita, give Sandra the plates. I need to talk to you now.” My manager said, I passed the plates to my coworker moving to his office. “You'll be serving the VIP table today and you'll also be doing extra hours.” “That's fine but why am I taking VIPs?” “You're the prettiest worker here.” He said with a greasy smile. “It's only real we show our top paying customers our best assets.” “Oh. Would I be paid for the overtime?” “Paid for the?” He laughed aloud as I sat awkwardly. “I mean everyone gets paid for overtime.” “Oh darling. You're a funny one.” I leave my manager's office going to the VIP room. I knock awaiting a response. “Come in.” A deep gravelly voice sounds from inside. “Good day gentlemen. You ordered-” My words get stuck in my throat as I behold the beautiful men in front of me. Each of them looked so unique and looked like God took an extra day to create them all. I felt a pull to them and not just one of them but all four of them. I licked my dry lips, snapping out of reverie. ************** Tony's Point Of View An angelic voice sounded as we all looked entranced at the woman who spoke. Her uniform clung tightly to her curves and her hair was pinned at her back. She would look excellent with the blonde curls flowing down. I watched as she licked her dry lips. The simple action, she made it look so intense. I feel my wolf calming at the sight of her. A feeling in my heart at her sight. “Are you feeling that?” Lucas asked me through our mind link. “Of course I am. Do you think the others can feel it too?” I said looking at them. “Of course we can.” Jace said. “You bet.” Scott said too. “I think we finally found our Luna.” I said through the mind link. She resumed dropping the door on the table sneaking glances at the four of us. A clink sounded. Mr Gonzalez’s fork has been dropped. “Clumsy me. You wouldn't mind picking that up for me would you?” He asked the beautiful girl whose name we had yet to know. “Not a problem sir.” She said bending down to pick the fork. She handed him the fork and tried pulling away from his grip. “Come on. I saw the way you looked at me. Tell me your name.” “She sure as hell wasn't looking at you.” I thought to myself. “That's against my policy sir.” She said politely. “Too bad darling. A name wouldn't hurt.” He said, still keeping her hand in a tight grip. “I'm sorry sir but I can't.” “Why you…” “She doesn't want to tell you. Let her go now.” Lucas said, his teeth grinding. He let go of her hand and she looked at us with gratitude fleeing out of the private room in a flash. “This hard to get character. It's all a farce. She wanted to tell me her name.” He said laughing and putting a price of meat in his mouth. “No means no, Mr Gonzalez. Fix your ego.” Scott said. “Oh please. I'm telling you they all like the chase. It's all a farce. I'm sure she wanted me to do more than just ask her her name. A pretty doll that was. It would be so good to-” I cut off with my hand on his throat. “If you don't respect women. From this day forward you should because it wouldn't do you any good if I hear news about this again or any words about her. Got it?” I gripped harder when I got no response. His face reddened as he tapped my hand, nodding slowly. “Good.” He coughed loudly as he looked at me in fear. “Oh, I didn't you already had your eyes on her. I must say good-” A punch landed to the side of his face as he started his words. Scott flexed his arm, settling back down on his seat. “Delightful food don't you think?” Lucas said, biting into his salad. Mr Gonzalez rose up looking at us with spite. “You dare hit me.” He said with anger that seemed quite funny for a man of his size and level. “You humor us Gonzalez.” I said rising up buttoning up my suit. “It's been a wonderful time. No better way to round up the day than with violence.” I said with a wry smile. “The contract will not be able to be held just so you know.” Lucas said. “Have a splendid day, Mr Gonzalez.” I said to him, leaving the private room. “I'll make you all pay.” Mr Gonzalez shouted inside the room as we got out. “I'll make you beg down to your knees.” He continued as we walked down.
