RAANU ARRIVED LATER THAT DAY.
Ezhya’s pilot had made a special trip, but I’d told Ezhya that if he really wanted his daughter to experience Barresh, she could not bring any security from the airport onwards.
I told him that we would look after security and also that there would be times she travelled without. Few people in Barresh knew who she was anyway.
There was a high probability that Ezhya would send a few people to shadow her, but at least my stipulations meant they would remain in the shadows. She was going to work with the Barresh Council, and they disliked people who came with guards.
