Carter had barely walked into his apartment and set his things down before there was a knock on his door. Who could that be? he looked through the peep hole and gasped. He closed his eyes and looked through it again thinking he was seeing things. Nope, Kinsley was still standing on his porch. He opened the door and almost swallowed his tongue. She was dressed in skinny jeans and a low tank top. If her goal was to give him a heart attack she succeeded. Damn she was hot and by the gleam in her eyes she knew it. She even did her hair and makeup. He senses went on high alert.
