My mom's surgery was a success. Yet she had to stay in the hospital for a few days. During those days, my most important mission was to hide from Kyle as much as possible.
I stayed away from the VIP. Additionally, I skipped even common locations like the cafeteria. I barely leave the room, save trips back and forth to carry the required things. It was a blessing in disguise because I barely had time to spend with my mom like this in the past few years. I had too much on my plate between my job and school.
Currently, I am jobless, and I took a little break from college. Fortunately, Saint's parents are paying me more than enough, so I no longer have to worry about how to make it to the next day.
