Chapter 6: One Problem After Another

1538 Words
Ottilyn's P.O.V. ************************************************** I ran out of Pierce's room without thinking. I have no idea what that was back there. Or what was about to happen. My heart is racing, and my mind is too foggy to try to decipher what the hell that was. So I high tailed it out of there, and I didn't stop until I was down the stairs. I hoped Trina might be in the kitchen, so that's where I headed. And I ran right into the back of another guy on the football team. The guy turned around to face me as I rubbed my head. "Oh, it's Ottilyn," he said. "No wonder I felt like I was getting tackled by a linebacker." I groaned as my head started to throb. Jeez, all these guys are like freaking brick sh.it houses. They're teenage boys for crying out loud. "Hey, you gonna apologize to me?" He asked. I looked up with my face scrunched up. Oh, it's Aaron Williams. That makes sense. He used to tease me the most. Up until some time last year. Stupid jerk. Aaron is attractive, like most of our jocks. He has dark hair and bright eyes. He's tall and buff. I'm pretty sure he has some kind of beef with Pierce and Holden. They're always giving each other dirty looks, and they don't hang out anymore from what I've seen. Gosh, listen to me. I sound like some sort of creepy stalker or something. I shouldn't notice these kinds of things. Especially about Pierce. "Yo, Ottilyn, you listenin'?" Aaron asked. "I told you to apologize. So do it, pig." The guys and girls behind him snickered. "Fu.ck off Aaron," I blurted. "Oh, Pierce's little otter got some sass today, huh?" He teased. Pierce's little otter? Why am I Pierce's? Better yet, why can't everyone just leave me alone? Is being a bigger girl really that important to people? "Oh please, she doesn't belong to Pierce." Gianna chimed in. "He just picks on her because it's easy." "Yeah, so get out of my way," I said. I tried to walk past Aaron, but he stepped in my way. "All I asked for is an apology. Just say it, Ottilyn. Say you're sorry." Aaron practically ordered. "Well, I'm not. Sorry that is. So, bye," I said, before trying to step around him again. Aaron stepped in my way again. Then he took a step closer to me. I held my ground though, not backing down. "Can't believe you thought you could hide behind all that makeup," he said with a laugh. "You look ridiculous. Especially with this dress." "I know, right?" Another of his friends laughed. "She looks desperate." Everyone around us laughed. Literally. Like in the movies. I feel absolutely ridiculous. All I want to do is get out of here. "Maybe you can make it up to me in other ways," Aaron said suggestively. I raised a brow at him. What the fu.ck? Is he serious right now? What the hell is going on tonight? I must be so drunk. "Aaron, dude, don't," one of his buddies said. "Why not?" Aaron replied. "You heard Gianna. Ottilyn doesn't belong to Pierce. Ottilyn agreed herself. So, maybe she wouldn't mind getting to know someone else." What the hell is he even talking about? Why would me belonging to anyone have anything to do with anything? Especially when that person is Pierce? "Ew, that's gross Aaron," Gianna said, disgusted. "Ottilyn is like... fat and... jiggly." "Hey, I might like that," Aaron said as he looked me up and down, licking his lips. "What is it they say? More cushion for the pushin'?" What the actual fu.ck is happening right now? "I'm going to have to go with Gianna on this one," I said, surprising myself. "Ew. Gross. Leave me alone." Aaron chuckled. "Come on, Ottilyn. Don't you want to know what it's like to be with someone? Anyone? I could blow your mind. I could even be all sweet if that's what you're into," he said. "Uh... I'd rather do that with someone I'm actually into, so, if you'll excuse me," I replied. Aaron took another step towards me. "Ha... now I get it." He mumbled. Get what? "What are you on about, Aaron?" Rachel asked. "Stop playing with the fat girl. We want her to leave." "Yeah, this is getting... gross," Gianna agreed. "I mean, what does she even look like naked?" "Hey, she don't gotta be naked to fu.ck," some other dude said. "Doesn't sound very fun," Gianna mumbled. "Pierce is constantly tearing my clothes off. I think it'd feel weird to have my clothes on while he fu.cks me." Suddenly, images of what just happened upstairs flooded my brain. I still have no idea what was going on. Pierce's hands were all over me... He was about to... to... What would have happened if I had stayed? Would Pierce have torn my clothes off? Was that where we were headed? Did I run away because... because I wanted that? Pierce's lips were so close to mine... I was too distracted with my thoughts to notice that Aaron had gotten closer to me. He now has a firm grip on my arm. His lips were right next to my ear, bringing me back to the present. "Come on Ottilyn, let's go somewhere quieter and talk about this." Aaron whispered in my ear. "I bet I could convince you without all these people around." I frowned. "No," I stated as I shoved his chest. Not that Aaron budged at all. All he did was laugh and rest his arm on the door frame next to my head. His eyes were scanning my face, and moved lower to my exposed cleavage. I fought the urge to cover myself up, but I did push up my glasses. Maybe he'll think that was a turn off. Like I'm too nerdy. "Come on. Let's hit a room upstairs." Aaron pushed. "I told you no," I said as I tried to pull my arm free. Aaron's grip on me tightened and I winced. "Ow," I mumbled. "You won't apologize, you won't go upstairs with me." Aaron said, teasing me. "You just think you're so better than us, don't you? One of those nerds who thinks she's better than everyone because she's smart." What? I don't think that. I'm not even that smart! Sure, I focus on my studies, but I'm trying to get a scholarship. I want to be able to make something of my life. Be someone. I want to make enough money to support my mom for the rest of her life. However, I'm not some super genius. I am in the top ten of our class, but I'm number 10. I just barely scrapped by. I work so hard to stay at that level too. And I do not act better than anyone. "Oh please," Gianna said. "Ottilyn knows her place. Like she would ever think she's better than anyone. I mean, look at her." "Exactly," I muttered, hoping my voice didn't come out shaky. "So just let me go." "Nah," Aaron said. "I don't believe a thing that comes out of Gianna's mouth, and I'm not letting you off that easy." "Hey!" Gianna shouted, clearly offended. "Okay! I'm sorry I accidentally ran into you. Happy?" I said as I tried to pull my arm away. Again, Aaron refused to let me go. He squeezed my arm so hard that my body started to fold. Panic set in, and I started struggling with him more. "Just let her go Aaron," Rachel said. "This is annoying, and you're making a scene." "I don't care," Aaron replied, not taking his eyes off of me. "I'm not happy with that at all. I think we should go talk about how you can make it up to me." The look in Aaron's eyes had a chill running down my spine. It was a creepy, stalker-ish look. Like a predator looking at his prey. A look that meant Aaron wasn't going to take no for an answer. And I really doubt any of these people would stop him from dragging me upstairs. I frowned hard, trying to cover up my sudden panic. I struggled in Aaron's hold, trying to pull my arm free. He only laughed like I was some kind of entertainment for him. My arm hurts so badly that tears sprung into my eyes. The more I pull away, the harder Aaron holds me. I was moments away from screaming, feeling like I had exhausted all my options. Just as I took a breath though, I felt a hard surface press against my back. The fact that this surface was warm told me this was a person, and the reactions of those around me told me exactly who it was. I swear it grew quieter despite the fact that this is a raging party. The couple of guys behind Aaron started to shift uncomfortably. Gianna beamed, and Rachel gulped. Aaron's eyes shifted too. He didn't let me go, and he still had that smile on his face. However, those light eyes were cold now instead of playful. "What the fu.ck is going on here?"
