Do I embarass you?

“I told you five billion or nothing, this is not the same security software as the old one I sold you. This one is more advanced and therefore I want more Rick. I already have buyers lining up for it.” Ben almost shouted. Rick was really frustrating him. The last lame software he happily bought it at two point five billion, and the i***t think he can buy the advanced one for far more less. Ben was about to answer, Rick again when Eddie came in the kitchen only wearing a towel his brunette hair wet, and droplets of water on his chest. He looked good enough to eat. His pants tightened and he almost forgot his call staring at the beautiful man biting his lips shyly. Ben loved it when Eddie blushed it made him happy that he had that effect on him already. “Ben are you still there?” shouted Rick but Ben pressed the end button not wanting to talk to him in front of Eddie, and a frown appeared on Eddie’s lips when he saw Ben ending the call. Who was Ben talking to? Who was the man on the phone? Was it his boyfriend? Damn he got so happy when he asked for his numbers he didn’t think he would have a boyfriend, thought Eddie overthinking things as always “What’s wrong?” asked Ben his hand itching to touch that lean chest, tasting that droplets of water from his skin, and his thump caressing his lips, taking that frown away. But he fought the thought away. “Mhmm..the is no moisturizer in the guest bathroom and I wondered if you had a spare one, I didn’t want to go into your room without notifying you, and since you didn’t answer when I knocked I thought you might be in here, sorry for disturbing your private call with your boyfriend” Eddie spat the last part like it tasted like poison in his mouth. Ben almost laughed at his cuteness. Eddie was jealous, that’s why he was frowning. “I have a spare just under the sink, in the guest room. Look inside the cabinets” Eddie nodded turning to leave when Ben caught his wrist warming up his skin. But Eddie fought the edge to like it. Ben didn’t deny it, when Eddie Said the man was his boyfriend and as a lawyer he already knew the reason someone wouldn’t answer or evade the question. “Eddie, look at me, his not my boyfriend. I already have my eyes set on someone else, and his so cute when his jealous” he brushed his thump on his wrist, and Eddie fought a smile, but his red cheek gave him away again. he already knew Ben was talking about him. Or at least he thought he was 'ugh' this dating thing was difficult at least in the court he could easily see if a client was lying or not. “ sorry for assuming I..really thought, never mind” he stuttered trying to get his confidence back but Ben thump was brushing his wrist and the towel was already getting bigger in a place they shouldn’t, and Eddie's his cheek week red in embarrassment, and wanted the ground to swallow him the moment he saw Ben eyes get big looking down there. “It’s okay, I think I should let you get dressed, before we get to work” Ben swallowed hard, making Eddie feel a little better at least he was not the only one struggling although his situation was worse because he couldn’t hide the big bump on the towel. “Mhh..yeah” Said Eddie practically running out of the kitchen. Making Ben chuckle, he was too cute. Living with Eddie was going to be interesting, he could already feel the connection between them, he would love to take him on a date soon. He shook his head again, he was already making plans while he should be thinking about Titus, he was doing all this for him wasn’t he? Because now it felt like he was not, and it was only a couple of hours since he met the cute brunette He sipped his coffee trying to hack the cities traffic cameras, he wanted to get a glimpse of the plates of the car that tried to knock Eddie over, and maybe that would lead to the man who broke into Eddie’s apartment or maybe he should hack the cameras next to Eddie’s apartment for a suspicious male, maybe that would lead him to the car, he groaned confusing himself even more, maybe he should ask Eddie when he finally comes out of his bedroom it’s been ten minutes already and he haven’t come for breakfast yet, did he scare him? Was he pushing too hard? Maybe he shouldn’t have touched his wrist and embarrassed him like that. He smiled again thinking about that erection, it was too funny even though in his head he wanted to go on his knees and take care of it. “Mhmm Ben” Eddie whispered from the kitchen door drawing the smiling man out of his thoughts “Yes, Eddie?” “I can’t work with you today, Saturdays I go have lunch with my family, and if I don’t come my mother is going to be worried and let’s just say I will be in the missing person list by two o’clock this afternoon” Eddie Said all this playing with fingers. Truth was being next to Ben was making him nervous. He had never felt like this before, and it didn’t help that he had to take another cold shower to calm himself down. “No problem, will work later or tomorrow I don’t mind, I have work to do. Do you perhaps want me to drive you there?” He was hoping for a yes. After what happened yesterday he didn’t think a taxi or Uber was safe for his Eddie. “I will take a taxi, thanks. you already doing so much for me” he bit his lips putting his hands in the hoody pockets, that’s when Ben realised what he was wearing it was blue jeans and baby blue hoody, with sneakers. It was simple yet nice, the first time the met him, he was wearing a suit that made him look a little older but with this outfit he looked years younger, he could easily pass for an eighteen year old. He looked innocent, vulnerable even, and Ben wanted to protect him from this cruel world from men who wanted to hurt him. But his subconscious reminded he was one of them because he was not planning on keeping him. “Nonsense, I’m off today so, I will drop you” he took his car keys on the table going to the door before Eddie could protest. Eddie followed him to the car nervous he had never had a friend even potential boyfriend leave him by the house before. He hoped all his brothers will be inside, and no one was going to see Ben otherwise it was going to be a whole big mess, and he wouldn’t want Ben to run before he even got a chance to date him. The drive to the suburban community was quiet and Ben could see Eddie fidgeting with his fingers. He was definitely nervous but what was the reason? He was only going to drop him off. Was hiding something from him? Or was he embarrassed that his family was going to see him? They were so many thought swirling in his brain, while he looked at Eddie in the rare-view mirror. “Left” his small voice said. “You can leave me by the corner I’m already there” he tried smiling, but Ben was not buying it something was definitely wrong. Eddie was embarrassed to be seen with him. “Is that why you have been quiet? Do I embarrass you that much?” he almost growled all his insecurities from when dating Titus coming back to him. Titus always did the same s**t. He would fetch him by the corner for their date or already find him by the movies. It was like a slap on his face he really thought Eddie was different. “No, it’s not like that Ben I swear” he answered quickly. How can he explain to him how crazy his family was? He was afraid Ben was going to leave if he got to meet them. “Is it because I’m a waiter?” he spat. He was taking out his anger on him. “Never, I don’t care if you’re a cleaner or waiter. The problem is not you okay? It’s my family. They can go overboard sometimes, and I’m afraid they going to push you away” he confessed. Making Ben smile. He can ever say it enough he was too cute and if his family is anything like him he will never leave. His eyes went wide at the realisation. Was he already falling for Eddie that would be impossible, it’s only been hours since they met. “I won’t run, I promise” he smiled turning to the left, and Eddie directed him to the two story colonial white house with so many cars, and people in the lawn and driveway chatting. “Is it a party?” he asked surprised and Eddie giggled actually giggled and he caught himself quickly letting a chuckle out. He hated when that part of him came out. He was not a girl. “This is my entire family. I have five older brothers who are already married with kids, many kids.” He rolled his eyes thinking about those naughty rascals. “And I have, one younger sister, and she’s already engaged and has an infant son. We are one big happy family” he said sarcastically, and Ben didn’t miss it. It just must be hard to be the only one not married or gay in your family, he should know, but he was lucky because his family was supportive. “No, problem. Call me when you’re done so I can come pick you up” he nodded as Ben smiled and got out to open the door for him. Making everyone in the parking lot stop talking, and look at him. Eddie got out shyly, his family was going to make such a big deal about this, and just when he thought them staring was bad enough, his mother opened the front door with a tray of drinks. His family didn’t mind it was only eleven o’clock. The got loose and drunk every Saturday. “Mama, Eddie brought a boy home” his elder brother Mario shouted for the whole neighbourhood to hear, embarrassing him even more. “I can see that i***t, don’t scare him away, this is the first time Eddie had brought a boyfriend home” she shouted back. This was getting more embarrassing every second and Ben smiled at the thought of being Eddie boyfriend and the thought that he will be the first one he will introduce to his family ignoring his subconscious who was reminding him how he planned to leave Eddie for Titus. “Are you still not running?” Eddie whispered looking at the man holding the car door. “No.” he smiled taking his hand he already knew what Eddie meant, now that everyone saw him. He couldn’t just leave without greeting them. Now it was time to introduce himself to the family, he thought nervously. “Then, buckle up this is going to be a long bumpy ride” he smiled pulling him towards the front door and he heard whistles from his brothers, giving him even more confident, the scared man in the car gone. He didn’t know what is it about Ben that made him feel possessive, and protective. Maybe it’s the fact that his family was vultures, and liked to prey on the weak, but he was not going to let them push Ben away. He liked him already!
