“I do,” I said as Nolan slipped a ring on my finger which was way too big of a diamond for my taste… He said he picked a ring that is worth as much as his love for me and the vow we’re making to each other. It was glamorous. The cynical part of me wondered if it cost him more than I did.  “I do.” He said when the marriage official told him to. I slipped a ring on his finger then we kissed in front of everyone after we heard, ”Kiss the bride.” It wasn’t embarrassing like I thought it would be at all.
