Walking into the pack house again , everyone greets me with a big smile . Josie comes walking in , bigger than ever and I smile at her . " You're back ." she looked at me wide - eyed and I think she's shocked , but I'm not sure . " I am ." I nod , my smile slightly faltering . " Welcome back ." she offers a small smile , her lips barely lifting and I mutter a thanks before Isaac's mom comes waltzing in , her smile wide and her arms just as wide as she comes walking down towards me . " Oh honey ." she swoons as she wraps her arms around me and I notice how Josie's face turns cold as her mother holds me . " I'm so glad you're okay ." she mutters in a whisper and I smile , nodding . " Me too ." she pulls back , cupping my face . " I am going to book us a spa day ." I freeze
