I almost fall back onto my ass as my phone dings and as I lift the screen , Alison's name appears on it .
Alison : Hi ..
I immediately tap on her name and my phone scans my face before it opens her chat .
Me : Hi .
That's totally lame , but what can I do ? It makes me nervous . She hasn't responded to any texts or my letters and now she's texting me - and I didn't even have to beg to talk to her .
Alison : How are you ?
