The New Boy in school and his siblings are Vampires!

Chapter 3

Talia meets Drake for the first time in Biochemistry

Talia “Hi, I’m Talia Olsen. You must be new here especially for a junior but anyways welcome to Deepbridge High.” Mysterious new boy “Hi Talia, it’s nice to meet you, I’m Drake Van-Husen, my family and I just moved up here and thank you for welcoming me.” Talia “You’re welcome! Where did you and your family move from?” Drake “We moved from Louisiana because my dad was offered a job up here in Deepbridge.” Talia “You’re going to like it good school district, caring people, protective police and fire departments, wonderful restaurants and the faculty at this school want us to succeed in order to graduate.” Drake “That’s good to know that they care about us.” The tardy bell rings and it was time for Biochemistry to begin. The teacher Mr. Vanderwoodsen has the students pair up that they were sitting next to work on a packet about living organisms. 

Drake and Talia start doing their work as they got to know each other. Drake “You’ve lived here pretty much your whole life?” Talia “Yes I lived here my whole life since I was a baby.” Drake “Any brothers and sisters?” Talia “Yes, I have four brothers and three sisters.” Drake “Wow! That’s a big family you have!” Talia “Yeah it is what my parents wanted. They wanted to have a big family right after they got married.” Drake “Who’s the oldest sibling in your family?” Talia “My brother Brayden is the oldest. He’s a senior this year so you might see him around here. Then there’s me, my brother who is a year younger than me his name is Frankie, he’s a sophomore so you’ll also see him around here too, my sister who is two years younger than me her name is Haylee, she’s a freshmen and you’ll see her around here also, my younger brother is in 8th grade his name is Josh, my younger sister is in 7th grade and her name is Lilliana, my youngest brother is in 6th grade and his name is Nick and my youngest sister is in 5th grade and her name is Payton. What about you? Do you have any siblings?” Drake “Yes! I do have siblings. I have two brothers and three sisters. The oldest in my family is my sister Heather and she is a freshman at Boston College, then my brother Lucas is a year older than me, he’s a senior so you’ll see him around here, then there’s me, my brother is a year younger than me, his name is Justin, he’s a sophomore you’ll see him around here too, my sister is two years younger than me, her name is Nina, she’s a freshman you’ll see her around here also and my youngest sister is Francine and she’s in 8th grade.” 

Talia “What about your parents? Are they alive, dead, together or apart?” Drake “My parents are alive and together. They’ve been together for a long time.” Talia “That’s good! Wow a long time together in marriage you and your siblings are really lucky to have such loving parents.” Drake “Thank you Talia!” Talia “You’re welcome.” Drake “It sounds like you have very loving parents.” Talia “Thanks Drake that’s very sweet of you.” Drake “You’re welcome.”
