After a period of time, Evangeline was able to come to terms with the fact that she was pregnant. In spite of the fact that she hard to move and struggled due to her big tummy, she decided to continue her education at the university. Eva was completely unaware that Gabriel had been searching for her all around the city of Los Angeles. After receiving information from the Lambdas, Gabriel is now beginning to concentrate his search efforts in Miami, Florida. During this time, Eva is busy getting ready for the birth of her child within the next few months. However, for some reason, despite the fact that she was only supposed to be 20 weeks pregnant, her tummy appeared to have considerably grown. Even walking was a struggle for Eva, giving the impression that she was getting ready to give birth within the next few days. "Have you taken your leave?" Emilia inquired as to when Eva intended to enroll in her college program. Eva gave a slight nod in response. It appeared as though she was struggling for breath because she was panting. “Eva, when is your next examination scheduled? What did the doctor say last time?” Emilia asked in a worriedly. "According to the doctor, I was just 22 weeks along in my pregnancy. But," Emilia said with a short nod in response to Eva's hesitance. "Taking a look at what she is saying right now. Simply put, we need to have a medical opinion first. How about it?" Right away, Emilia offered up a recommendation. "Would that be all right to do?" In a question with a sincere tone, Eva voiced her curiosity. As soon as she heard this, Emilia gave a comforting nod. "Sure, I'll walk along with you. I am also curious about your pregnancy, which seems to big for 22 weeks." Emilia gave Eva a little bit of a push, even though she was still hesitant. Eva followed the exact same procedures that Emilia did in order to attend the gynecologist at the local clinic. She made the decision to stay home from school today. When Eva arrived to the clinic, she felt a mild case of heartburn in her stomach, but she chose to ignore it because the discomfort quickly subsided. Eva had made her way back to the front of the queue in order to be able to get a prenatal checkup. "We just came last week; I'm afraid the doctor will think I'm like a paranoid pregnant woman." Eva spoke her complaint to Emilia in a low voice. Emilia couldn't help but flash a grin and give her a shoulder hug when she pulled a beautiful face with her lips pursed. "Do not think like that. I don't think there's any harm in asking for his help now," Emilia answered confidently to Eva. "She is a good doctor and has been very concerned about your health." Eva appeared to still be concerned. She despises being the one who has to be a nuisance to other people. Eva didn't have to wait for very long before her number in line was called, at which point she entered the room. Eva visits an obstetrician who works at a public clinic that provides free care on a regular basis. Eva does not have a lot of money, which limits her options for paying for a bigger hospital. In the beginning of their conversation, the physician asked, "Aren't we supposed to meet next month?" Eva gave a hesitant smile while still experiencing some level of discomfort. "I apologize, doctor. I can't help but believe that there is something peculiar about the pregnancy I'm having. Even though I'm only 22 weeks pregnant, I already feel like I'm going to pass out from the constant tiredness." Eva responded, "I'm afraid something has happened to me, but I don't know," while squeezing her stomach to slightly repress the cramps that came on abruptly. "If it's about that, I think we discussed it a few days ago." As soon as the physician spotted Eva, who appeared to be in discomfort and short of breath, she stopped talking. "What is it, Miss Alexander? Hey, are you okay?" The obstetrician was sitting down when all of a sudden Eva began shrieking, which caused her to immediately rise up. She came over and shock after she noticed that Eva's water broken. As it turned out, Eva was in the process of giving birth and was having contractions. The physician was in such disbelief that she quickly requested assistance from the nurses. When Emilia, who was waiting, observed that Eva was being transported to the delivery room in a wheelchair, it was not surprising that the sight caused her to experience a panic attack. "Doctor, what happened?" As soon as Emilia observed Eva's condition, she inquired in a loud voice. "What happened?" "She's about to give birth!" Because she was so startled, Emilia was unable to continue speaking. She didn't waste any time and followed Eva into the delivery room as soon as she got there. The doctor who was on duty at the time then summoned over her colleagues who were also on duty. "Would you kindly step outside for a second?" Since Emilia couldn't stay, Eva had to take on the labour by herself. She had no choice but to stay outside and wait. Emilia made the decision, in the end, she needed to pray. "Lord in Heaven, I beg You to help Eva in to deliver the baby. Please." She was alone without the man who was supposed to be responsible for her." Emilia remarked while praying, "Please help her, help us," while cupping her hands together. When Eva found out that she was going to have a baby, she immediately felt a rush of fear throughout her body. The speed with which the kid was coming into the world even confused the attending physician who examined the opening. "There is no way that could happen. It is impossible for a pregnancy that is less than 38 weeks to give birth!" one of the doctors remarked, still perplexed and unable to believe what she was hearing. The obstetrician who brought Eva stated, "This has happened; we have to help her!" Eva shouted at the end because she could take no more of the pain. Eva began to push immediately upon realizing that the baby was attempting to emerge . In addition, the physician assisted with the delivery of Eva's first son. Eva endured the ordeal of giving birth all by herself to a child who was half-werewolves. In the meantime, Gabriel could only drink whiskey alone in his office since he was so frustrated that he could not find any information about Eva's house. Tonight, for some unknown reason, he felt a lot of tension in his chest, as if a significant event were about to take place. Gabriel's weird emotion grew stronger over time, and it drove him to want to vent his rage but he was unable to do so. Because of this circumstance, Beta Cheyne felt uneasy. He dreaded the possibility that Gabriel would lose control and murder innocent people. When Cheyne came over to see his Alpha. "Alpha, are you okay?" Gabriel did not respond and instead carried on as if he were sipping water and continued to drink the whiskey. His face had the appearance of being flushed from drinking, but his gaze was vacant as he glanced at the crescent moon that was visible through the window. "Have a little patience, Alpha. If we only hang on for a little while longer, I have no doubt that we will discover Miss Eva's place in Miami. Gabriel was looking for reassurance, and Cheyne offered some. Gabriel has not yet provided a response. He stared at the sliver of the moon for a few more moments before putting one hand on the whiskey glass and squeezing it until it shattered. Cheyne was helpless and could only look; he was unable to take any further action. There was a flare in Gabriel's golden eyes that made it appear as though they were ready to change hue. He let out a low growl, "I will find you," keeping his rage in check as he spoke. This time, because a human had the audacity to play with him, he was beginning to feel angry.
