Justin slammed his car door shut and walked up to us. He had a big, stupid grin on his face. “Yo! Where the hell have you been? I’ve been looking everywhere for you!”
“What do you want?” I asked, annoyed.
He looked at Nikita and then back at me. “Just thought I’d let you know that Jen and I are back together.”
My eyebrows shot up, he now had my attention. “What?”
“Yeah. She asked me out again.”
I looked at Nikita, who looked just as shocked as I was. I looked back at Justin. “What about Amy…”
“What about her?” Justin leaned against a tree and looked at me, totally calm.
“Aren’t you still dating her?”
Justin shrugged. “Oh. I called her, broke it off.”
“When?”
“Just now.”
I rolled my eyes. That was Justin for you. You keep dating someone and when you get bored of her, you leave. “
