Zaan POV
Looking into Kaya's deep dark eyes, I was having fun with her. I couldn't control myself when I saw her little nose and lips.
I want to kiss her pink lips and eyes. Her outfit allowed me to get a good look at her shape. In the pink Kurti with white tights, she looks really stunning. In front of her, I transformed into a lost child, and I became lost in her eyes. We typically talk over the phone, but it was different talking face to face. We don't say much, but we do look each other in the eyes.
I'm pleased her friends helped her realise that her crush was only a crush, and she was able to move on.
But today, after losing the game, she became enraged and returned home. She looked so adorable at the time, and I wanted to hold her.
I returned home after having some snacks. I went down to study and finish my curriculum.
My phone buzzed after an hour, and I noticed Kaya's message, "Have you studied for an hour today?"
I smiled as she had made me study every day because I had been ignoring my academics and my final was coming up in a few months.
“Yes lady, I studied for about two hours,” I said with a smile.
“Good boy, work hard and you will receive good grades,” she wrote.
I responded, "'Have you finished your dinner?'
She wrote, "I'm not hungry; my tummy is full.”
I don't like it when she doesn't consume her food properly. Every time, I have to persuade her.
"When you eat, only message me," I said, "until then, I will not eat."
My mother summoned me to our grandmother's residence. I was contemplating how long I'd have to wait for the ideal opportunity.
I spoke with Kaya every day and frequently visited her home to assist Kosho. Kaya has gotten a lot of clues that I like her. She was, nevertheless, anxious following her infatuation. I explained to her that no two people are alike.
She deserves a second opportunity, which I would seize and make mine. I'm going to propose to her today and tell her how I feel. Whatever her response, I would not wait any longer to lose her.
I've been waiting for her reply since the morning, but she hasn't responded.
I had to go to my grandmother's house with my older brother Azom. I'm hoping to propose to her today, but I'll have to wait a little longer for her message.
Kaya was able to cope with her grandmother's death after three days. I was waiting for her to heal before telling her my sentiments; I can't wait to declare my love for her.
I sincerely hope she feels the same way about me. I removed my phone from my pocket and set my book down. I sent her a message that said, "Good morning!"
She responded after two hours, "Good morning," I'm sorry, but I'm quite busy today. My grandmother's third death rituals would be performed. ~K
So, when are you going to be available? ~Z
Anything significant. ~K
To begin with, you swear that you will not become enraged and that nothing will have an impact on our emotions. ~Z
I swear I won't be furious if you say it now. ~K
I enjoy your company. ~Z
Oh! I'll speak with you later. I need to get some work done. ~K
Ok! I'm looking forward to hearing from you. ~Z
I was relieved that I had finally spoken to her and no longer had to suppress my feelings. I can't keep anything in my heart for long, and now I have to understand whatever her feelings are. There isn't going to be any changes between us. I shall always love and wait for her.
Kaya POV
The sound of wailing awoke me early in the morning. “What happened?” I became agitated. “What are you crying about?”
‘My grandma died because she couldn't handle the pain of third chemotherapy,' I said him, voice shaking.
Her death was shocking to me, and I was traumatised by it. When we arrived at the grandmother's house, we saw that long-distance relatives had also arrived for the burial. My phone buzzed as I sat next to my cousin sister Sasha.
I received a message from Zaan asking whether
Are you free? ~Z
My grandmother, Zaan, passed away. The funeral will begin at 10 a.m. ~K
I'm not there, by the way. I'll be attending the funeral.~ Z
Ok. ~K
The funeral was concluded, and many distant relatives arrived to show their support. My father was sobbing uncontrollably. He was heartbroken by his mother's death.
The funeral procedures were completed, and Zaan patiently awaited each night. My belongings were well taken care of by him. I slept a lot, but he made me feel better every day, and I began to like him.
When Ashi and Ria arrived to assist me with my absence schoolwork, I was laying down on my bed. We were discussing the school. Then my phone vibrated and a Zaan message appeared on the screen.
“Have you finished your meal?”
“How do you feel?”
"Yes."
I was grinning when I read his message. "I'm feeling much better now, and I'll eat." in a few minutes.
When Ashi saw my face, she realised I was speaking with Zaan.
“She doesn't need us,” she sneered. "Zaan, who will love her, is what she requires.”
“Just shut up,” I said in response.
“You idiot.”
"You haven't informed him how you feel about him," Ashi questioned.
‘I don't know if he loved me or not. He once informed me that he has a crush on someone at his school,' I said, frowning.
'He likes you, and I bet on it,' Ashi remarked irritably.
'All right!Observe his proposition. Only tell him your feelings when he proposes to you,' Ria exclaimed.
After a few hours of listening to them, they returned to their home. Zaan made me feel special, and his concern for every detail has made me fall in love with him. After his family, I knew he loved me more than anything else.
I was getting ready for my grandmother's third funeral, but my mind was wandering back to what my father had told us the day before. My mother summoned me to the living room late at night after everyone had left the supper. I went downstairs and noticed my father sitting with my other siblings, deep in meditation.
He motioned for me to take a seat in front of him. I sat down on the couch. We didn't communicate much and didn't see each other very much because he was so preoccupied with his politics work.
While keeping my head down, I felt goosebumps run through my body. ‘I called all of you to discuss certain things because you're all growing up so quickly,' he added, clearing his throat. Your mother's request for an explanation is quite crucial. Our family's reputation is extremely important to us. I worked quite hard to earn it. I want you to know that you picked the appropriate person for our position in your life. Please don't do anything that will cause me to forget that you are my children. I wouldn't put up with any gossip, and I wouldn't pick the incorrect person.'
I was waiting for Zaan's proposal, but now I'd like to be certain about him. I want to love him completely. I would give him every single one of my firsts and spend my entire life with him. When Zaan proposed to me, I was speechless. I had been anticipating his proposal, but now I feel foolish. I didn't respond to his offer.
I contacted Ashi and inquired if she was available. I am welcome to visit her at her residence. She invited me to her house right away. With my younger sister Benny, I went to her house. I informed her that Zaan had finally proposed to me, and that I would respond later.
‘I told you he liked you, and look what happened,' Ashi replies, a grin on her face. 'You did idiocy as usual.'
‘I know that,'I came here to express my surprise at not hearing your remark.'
' I said, staring her down.
I told her about what my father had said to us. I stood outside the window, staring out, and murmured softly, "I know I like him, but I'm not sure he won't leave me in the future. If I'm declaring my love for him, there should be no doubt in my mind. I want him to be my spouse, first and foremost.”
She stood alongside me, patiently listening, and whispered sympathetically, "Then wait for the proper moment. He can wait for you if he loves you.”
“Are you sure?” I asked, looking at her. "If he changed his mind and fell in love with another woman. Why would he hang around for me? He wouldn't wait for me because I'm not that good.”
“I am sure he would wait for you until your hair turns grey,” Ashi said. “I don't want to lose him,” I sneered at her jest. She assuredly stated, "He is a good person, and he will undoubtedly wait for you, and I am positive that you will soon discover that he is your hero."
“If some day I grow certain of him,” I said with a smile. "I'm going to live with him until I die.” We ate a few nibbles that her mother had prepared. Benny then requested to return home because it was becoming late. We said our goodbyes and returned home before the evening.
