“So what’s up with the one order?” She asked. “You were just bragging about your fast times.”
“Yeah,” I said and stretched. I caught her quickly scanning my body up and down and it made me smile. “I just got stuck in my head I guess. Next thing I know the bell is going off.”
“What were you thinking about?” She asked curiously. I thought about vetoing the question but I wanted to see what she’d say.
“You,” I replied and her eyes widened. “I was wondering about you and why you’re so mysterious and captivating and I got lost in my head.”
“So it’s my fault?” She said shyly, which was a strange look for her but holy s**t it was sexy.
