Chapter Thirty-seven: Banished from a kingdom.

"I will always take food to her room, but what I didn't realize is that the old man had spied on us and he knew that the princess is in the room." The man continued his explanation, "The old man reported to the king through a written letter and the king was surprised that I and the princess are meeting each other. He called me to the palace secretly to ask if I'm willing to marry the princess as the second wife that I had her staying in her room but I said No, and I was dismissed from his sight. I reported this to the princess but I didn't know that the old man was the one giving the king these informations.

The princess decided to leave my house for another place but she didn't tell me where it was.

The old man who discovered that I had not been visiting the room anymore, went to spy if the princess was still around, but he found that the princess was no longer living with us, so he reported this again to the king.

This time, the king was wondering where the princess had been and he had called for me so he could ask me her whereabouts.

I answered him that I knew not where she is, that she didn't tell me where she's going. I don't know how he knew what was going on in my house but I knew that I have traitors in my house, so I was careful.

One day, I invited some of my family members and we were discussing about some things that had happened in our family in the past. And that was when one of them mentioned that our family was a royal family before the present king came in, and we are the one meant to be ruling the kingdom as of this moment. They asked why I couldn't be the king and the only thing I said is that the time will come and I will be king.

The old man was there when we were discussing this, I had my suspicions on him so I had him invited to sit with us.

And as usual, he reported it again to king, The king was furious as he heard that I want to be a king. The old man had misinterpreted what I said, to the king and now, he is thinking that I want to fight him and become king. So the king, fearing for the worse, decided to act fast. He formed some allegations on me and had me banned from the kingdom and he even killed my wife and children, after owning my house and properties.

But before all these cold happen, I had killed the old man myself after realizing that he is the traitor and betrayer in our midst.

But I've never seen the princess since when she had left my house. Even till now, I don't know where she is." The slave knight explained.

"She could possibly be in her kingdom now, maybe ruling as a Queen in place of her father." Mia suggested.

"Let's think of it." The man said, "Yes, I think you're right, she could have possible be the Queen in place of her father."

"It's time for the auction, let's go to the auction house." the seer announced.

The three of them left the room and went for the auction house.

"We are not buying anything nor selling anything, and you, what's your name?" The seer asked the slave knight.

"I'm Ajay." The man answered.

"Congratulations, you are no more our slave, but we need your help in this kingdom." The seer said and the man agreed to help out in whatever ways he could.

"We want to know more about this slave thingy, are you sure that they will be brought into the auction hall to get bid?" Mia asked.

"Yeah, that's the main reason why many people, rich people, would be coming to this place in large numbers to buy the slaves." Ajay answered.

"We must stop every of those slaves from getting bid, if it is to fight, we will fight. If it is to kill we will surely kill." Mia said.

"But, if a fight starts in the auction hall, and the king happens to know, will you be able to save all the slaves when over two hundred thousand guards surrounds you with swords." Ajay said.

"You're right, let's think of a plan. Why don't we find out how the king gets all these slaves first. Then maybe we could save them instead of waisting our time staying in the auction house." The seer said before thinking of another thing. "I don't think that would be good. One of us will go the auction hall to save the slaves while another person will leave for where all the slaves are, to save them." The seer said.

"I will leave with Ajay for where the slaves are kept, while you will go into the auction room to save the slaves that will get bid." Mia replied. "Come on, we can do this."

They all agreed, the seer left for the auction house while Mia and Ajay left for where the slaves are kept in the palace.

"Every weapon is useful, you can help by grabbing any weapons you see." Mia said.

"Don't worry at all, I got a room full of all types of weapons, there won't be a need of holding different types of weapons." Ajay answered.

They kept on walking till they got to the front of a huge mansion.

The mansion is the Kingdom's palace. Decorations of flowers and sculptures are at the front of the building and a large fountain of water was also placed in the middle of the front palace.

"Is this where we will be going?" Mia was wondering how beautiful the inner palace and throne room will be if they enter.

But just at the gate, are several guards guarding the gate of the palace.

"How will we enter?" Mia asked.
