I watch with dissatisfaction while Rian races to find Rosie. It hurts to have him doubt me so much. I seem to have lost all of his trust. Simply by not being allowed to reveal his future.
That doesn’t change anything. I am still unable to tell him anything else, besides simply telling him that I don’t want Rosie to go. I can’t even tell him why. It’s forbidden. Rieka will strike me down if I start revealing her secrets. No one knows the inner workings of the moon goddess. No one but me.
