My mother called a meeting with everyone after dinner. I knew something happened to Keri while she was in the bathroom. I am hoping once we get to my fathers office I will find out what it was. I drove us home in comfortable silence. It wasn’t a long drive but I needed to touch her so I reached over and laced my fingers in between hers. She turned and looked at our hands and then looked up at me and gave me her smile that I have fallen in love with.
