Hearing about the death of young Jenkin has really made us realize that we have abandoned our family when they needed us the most. Our time on the island has been wondrous, but we have forgotten the reason we came here in the first place.
I stooped to pick up the bags by the door of our home and winced at the sharp pain in my head, sh.it not again. I have been having these headaches for a few days now, along with spells of dizziness and I think I lost some time yesterday.
Breathing deeply, I wait until the pain in my head eases and stand up straight. We are heading home to Ravens Perch to attend the funerals for Jenkin and the fallen coven members. I can't let what is happening to me make us late.
