"Are we in the right place?" Jilian asked after we arrived at the said place where rouge vamps hideout.

"Yerry said that it's a temple, right?" I asked and Yerry, who's standing behind us hums as a response. "Should we enter?"

"I think we should wait for Sunny, she's a mortal and she's good at talking with mortals." Seige said.

"Actually, I was once a mortal." Wendy butted in and we looked at her ludicrously.

"She means, mortal, until now. I've been a mortal once in my life but now, that was just a memory." Dayun said and just before I could stop Jilian for what she's going to say, she beaten me to it.

"If you didn't eat Peach while driving, you should've still a mortal, Dayun." Jilian snorted and we burst out into loud harsh cackle of laugher, not even minding if there are monks sleeping inside the temple.

"Well, it's Peach's fault. She rolled her eyes and then boom! we became vampire."

We abruptly stop from laughing then exchanged glances before laughing much louder. These newbie vampires adds fun to our squad, though they are too bold but nevertheless, they are fun to be with.

"I never experienced having s*x with Minari inside a car." Cubby said.

"Because Minari never allowed you to drive, you can't even step on the gas, your limbs are too short." Chewy mocks.

"How many years are we friends?" Cubby asked, her face were so serious, and that caused us to suppress our laughters.

"Hundred and I don't give a f**k years." Chewy replied.

"How's friendship over sounds?"

"Ooohh." We coos and we all gather around the two women, making a circle.

"Oh, we're friends?" Chewy asked mockingly.

"Yes, we are."

"Not because I always get things in a higher place for you, that means we're friends." We gasps and looked at Chewy in disbelief, that was such a cruel words.

"Time!" Jongy exclaimed and pointed at Cubby. "Two minutes rebuttal for Cubby!"

Cubby folded up her sleeves and she twisted her neck, we were anticipated for her banters but when she looked up to Chewy, she started to sob and turned around, burying her face onto my chest.

"Look what you've done, Chewy!" I scolds and sounded angry but contrary of the smile in my lips.

"You're so rude, Chewy!" Jilian said.

"That is so mean, Chou Chewy!" Yerry commented and she walked over us and stroke Cubby's back.

"You are so evil!" Seige said breathily.

"I cannot believe you stoop down so low to hurt Cubby's feelings!" Dayun said and she glared at Chewy but since we know that Chewy was just having a fun time teasing the kid, we're acting that we are in disbelief and mad.

"Oh for f**k sake, come here you little shit." Chewy groans and pulled away Cubby from me. "Stop being overdramatic, you know that teasing your height is my life."

"No! I hate you, we're FO!"

"What does FO means?" Wendy asked innocently.

"Fried octopus." Jilian replied and our laughter that we've been suppressing, broke out, we laugh like we are some crazy patients inside a mental asylum and we didn't notice the woman standing behind me, if she didn't cleared her throat to get our attention.

"Time check, my watch says 15 before 3 f*****g AM, place check, Haedong yonggungsa temple, a TEMPLE." Sunny emphasized the last word that she repeated and looked at us like we are the most inconsiderate vampires in the world. "Have y'all lose all your decency? Y'all are in front of the temple where monks are probably sleeping and taking their rest, and a bunch of stupid vampires ruining it for them!"

"Are you sure that our Byulie really got abducted by rouge vamps and not get killed by her wife?" Jilian whispered that only audible for vampires and werewolves.

"Where'd it come from?" Seige asked as we all snickered, but when Sunny stared at us emotionless, we stopped.

"Sorry, we were just having a fun time." I apologized and bow my head slightly. "Anyway, we heard that Byulie got—."

"Yes, she did, and I'm not expecting anything from all of you, but I want y'all to be more considerate next time, not all people are vampires that will put an all-nighter just to welcome vampires and wolves in their temple."

"Why are you so worked up? We'll save your wife, just relax and wait for us to—."

"Have y'all ever see a zombie vampires?" Solar asked to interrupt Jilian. We all shook our heads as an answer. "Then you don't have time to relax, those rouge vamps are known to be zombies, like they are immortals and ripping their head's off will not work for them."

"Then how can we defeat them?" I asked. "And where are they come from?"

"They came from New Orleans, based on the profile that I searched about Siwong, he is Lee's brother and decided to migrate in States, he built a cult of vampires, capturing witches and that's all I learned, but since they are abducting witches, Byulie and I, started to study what do they need from witches until.." Sunny let her words to trail off and she released a lungful sigh.

"Until Byulie disappear?" Seige asked and Sunny nodded. "What do they want from witches? Have you find out?"

"They forced them to make a magic that will turn Siwon's kingdom into the most powerful vampires that will surpass Lisa's power, but since vamps committee found out about them, they started to revoked their cult permission to lurk around mortal world and they saved all the witches, His Majesty know that, he didn't tell you?." Sunny explained.

"Dragon is so busy in the committee, he's still out of the kingdom, I kinda miss the old man." I said, nose scrunching up. He's one of the committee now, if mortals have their Government, vampires have one too, and they are the ones whose representing every kingdom.

"Wait, so you mean, those witches turned Lot-lot and friends into zombies?" Jilian asked.

"Who's Lot-lot and friends?" I asked with my brows furrowed.

"Siwong and his cult." Jilian shrugs.

"They didn't." Sunny replied and for the first time tonight, I saw her smiled because of Jilian's silly antics.

"And since that the procession of the dark magic got held, some of them turned into vampire zombies?." Jongy continued and we all nodded our head's knowingly. "Damn, witches, zombies, vampires and wolves are all in the world but mortals are still unaware of our presence, they're so dumb."

"I know right? When I am still a mortal, I never knew that vampires exist until I saw Jiyo with vampires." Wendy said.

"That's because, mortals are greedy, for fame, money, for everything that will put them on top, they are happy go lucky and they are all stupid thinking that life is all about money and fame, they don't care about their surroundings." I said bitterly.

They looked at me in a way like I grew up another head. I know, I sounded like so bitter about mortals but it's true, they forgot how to enjoy little things because they are always aiming for fame. However, it's not wrong to think big, to dream for being on top, but they should never forget how to appreciate little things, because all the success in life started in little things and they should know how to look back where they came from.

"Lis, what did Jennie do to you earlier?" Seige asked worriedly. "And we have one mortal here that even if she know she couldn't kill you, she's still scary as fuck." She added, and I snapped my head to Solar.

"S-sorry—."

"You're right at some point, but not all mortals are like that. I am contended with my life, I have Byulie, I have all of you as my friends and I never asked for more because Moonbyul is all I ever need in my life." She said, her voice laced with pure sadness.

"Don't worry, we'll take your wife no matter what it takes, if I had to sacrifice Naian just to get back Byulie, I'll do it."

"I hope Charmaine won't tell that to your wife, Jongy." Yerry said and we all chuckled.

"I think we should enter inside to check or kill rouge vamps." Sunny said.

"I don't think it's safe if you come with us, you're a mortal." Chewy said and she's not wrong, we came here because hundreds of mortals are missing and Sunny will be their food if ever.

"The monks inside are all mortals, so what do you think what am I doing here?" Sunny sarcastically replied.

"Ha! You sucks!" Cubby scowled at the tallest girl but Chewy just bored her eyes at the kid without any emotion. "I'm s-sorry." Cubby said lowly and lowered her head as she play with her fingers.

"Awe Cub, it's ok." A girl said behind and we all got surprised seeing Anna. "Hi?"

"What are you doing here?!" Chewy asked in shocked, seeing her wife behind her.

"Actually, I've been with you since y'all arrived here, I'm at the back of the airplane and I'm at the back of the car."

"And no one even saw you?" Jilian asked.

"No one? But I've been talking to Wendy all along." Anna said, as if she's surprised that no one among us noticed her except from Wendy.

"Oh, I thought you know?" Wendy asked.

"We wouldn't have to get surprised if we know." Dayun mocks.

"Why are you here? Where did you left Satzu?" Chewy asked.

"Relax, she's with Yujin and Wenhyo." Anna said and she clings onto her wife's arm. "And Dragon already talked to me through the phone that I should go with Lisa."

"I love Dragon." I exhales.

"Wait till Jennie hears you and you're dead, Lisa." Yerry said and they all laughed.

"Let's go, by 5AM, all monks will be awake, we need to sneak inside so we don't make any commotion." Sunny said and we all nodded at her.

We move in vamp speed, too fast but stealthy, preventing to make any sounds, we all jumped into the air to get into the other side of the high walls and we landed in the ground like we're some s**t ninjas. We all rolled on the ground and hide at the bush.

"Is everyone here?" I asked while eyeing the whole place while I'm in a bush.

"Oh uhm, Sunny left outside." Dayun said.

I looked over my shoulder and blink my eyes. "Y'all left her?"

"I thought you'll bring her with you?" Jongy asked.

"No, you know that I'm not allowed to touch other girls because Jennie and Ella will know, if they smell another scent at me, I'm dead." I whispered hardly.

"Oh s**t, I'll get her then." Seige hissed and she come out from where she was hiding and she jumped high to get outside.

"Stop clinging, Anna!" Chewy snarled at her wife.

"I'm not touching you, what are you talking about?" Anna scoffed and slapped Chewy's arm.

"Then who—." Chewy abruptly stopped from speaking which caused me to look back again and my brows creased when I saw them looking at me and they are all frozen.

"What's wrong?" I asked but no one response and they still staring at me, unblinking. My gaze shifted to Jongy and Jilian, their eyes telling me something that I couldn't decipher because it's a little dark in our spot. "Guys—."

"Lisa! Sunny are no longer – holy s**t!" Seige exclaimed and her narrowed eyes widened when she saw something in front of me. "Vampires!" She shouted and the two of us quickly leaped before the rouges got ahold of us.

"What the hell, guys!" I groaned upon seeing them got captured by monks and they're with rouges vampire zombies.

"This is why I'm wondering, how on earth could mortal monks will stay here inside the temple if rouge vamps are also here?" Seige said.

"Right, because rouge vamps probably will eat them all, but they are still mortals, so that means they're working for vamps?" I asked and Seige looked at me. "What the hell is going on?"

"I don't know but all I know is, we can't hurt the monks." Seige said as she transform into wolf. "They got Sunny, she's no longer outside."

"Guys, avoid hurting the mortals, kill all the vamps." I said and they all nodded.

"Wait, we're going to fight?" Wendy asked.

"No, we're going to dance." Jilian said and she grabbed one monk's arm and spin the old bald guy to kick the vamp and she leaped back, tugging the monk and we started to fight with the rouge vamps. "Stay here and don't— ouch! The hell was that?!" Jilian exclaimed after she received a hit of the stick from the monk. "Stop! Oh my God!" She grabbed the stick from the monk and snapped it in her knee but she received another hit from her back.

"Oh! I've watched it— ouch! f**k!" Dayun grunts after receiving a hit. "Stop— Damn it! Ok ok! Stop I won't — ouch! Oh c'mon!"

"I know what you're — ouch! Talking— ouch! About!" Wendy continue to speak even if she's receiving hits from the monks.

"Don't f*****g tal— argh! I was just going to— stop! Fine, shhh, nobody's gonna talk." Dayun shushed and the monk suddenly stop from hitting her.

"They are not dying— ow!" Seige got hit on her wolf butt from the monk and she returned to her human form and rubbed where the part she got hit. "That h—." Jongy immediately covered her mouth and the monk's stick stopped in the air from hitting Seige and what makes all of us surprised are, the rouge vamps stopped from attacking us.

It seems that they lost track of their enemies, they stopped and move to the sides, ears are everywhere but eyes are unfocused.

"They're zombies, so it means they're relying with their ears?" I asked, using telepathy.

"This is why monks are still alive as of this moment, because they never speak." Anna said and I remember one movie of Jackie Chan and Chris tucker. Monks never allow someone to talk inside their temple and only the master are allowed to talk with visitors.

"This is what I'm trying to say earlier, but this monk kept hitting me!" Dayun groans.

"So what are we going to do?" Cubby asked and we exchanged glances.

I turned to Yerry and pointed at her back, she looked at me and creased her brows, as if she's asking me what am I trying to say. They're wolfs and I forgot that I also could use telepathy using my wolf side.

"Why do you have a backpack?"

"Oh, since that I know we're going to a temple, I brought a paper and a pen." I pursed my lips to stop myself from smacking her. She knew that this would happen and yet she didn't warned us. Now I remember that she's the only one who didn't got a hit from the monks.

Yerry opened her backpack as silent as she could and took out the pen and the paper, she wrote something in it and showed one of the monk. Then the monk looked at us before nodding his head and he jolt his head to follow him.
