LISA

I feel so tired, weak and barely breathing. I don't exactly remember what happen, all I know is, I was holding Ella while she's sucking my blood and reminding her to stop as I felt that I am getting weak, but she didn't stop.

Her hands that's holding my shoulder tightened and I started to feel dizzy, I heard Jennie's voice, Naian's and CL's voice. They were shouting and yelling, but I couldn't understand them. Until I felt my blood slowly draining out of my body and everything went black.

Before I had Ella in my life, only Jennie could put me to sleep, for knocking me out. What a moment,feel me?

"Buddy, you need to drink this." Seige said while leaning the glass of wine in my mouth.

"It's n-not time for a drink, Seige. I'm w-weak." I said with my raspy voice. I felt like my throat will bleed if I speak again.

"You need that, Lis." Jongy said and she helped me to sit up and hold my back to prevent me from falling as I still don't have the strength to sit on my own. "You've ran out of blood and I'm really surprised that you're still alive."

"And it's blood, not wine." Jilian said as she took the glass from Seige and squeeze my cheeks before pouring the blood in my mouth forcefully.

Though I'm weak and still not use to drink pure blood- hemophobia still waving at me- I still gulp every single drop of it and wasted nothing.

The strength gradually comes back in my body and I didn't noticed that I grabbed the bottle from Seige's hand and chugged all of it.

"f**k!" I blurted out after draining the bottle with loud exasperated sigh.

"Are you ok now?" Jilian asked and I nodded vigorously as an answer.

My hand went to my neck and trace where the bites placed using my index finger, its already healed, but I could still feel Ella's fangs. not that she left them in my neck but you can still feel the feeling the tiny hole under the skin that healed.

"How's my daughter?" I asked.

"Jennie killed her-."

"W-what?!" My widened eyes darts up to Jilian and I stood in my feet abruptly.

"Kidding, but she's all fine." I punched her shoulder for making my heart thudded painfully to what she said. "But dude, this is the second time it happens, Jennie is unaware at the first but today, she's really worried."

"I know, I heard her voice before I lost my consciousness." I said and takes off my shirt that had stains with my own dry blood.

Seige removed her hoodie and hand it to me, as I slid my body inside the hoodie, I felt hands tracing my toned stomach. "Remove." I ordered and Jilian laughed.

"What are we going to do?" Seige asked, slapping Jilian's hand and put my left arm around her shoulder, making me to furrow my brows.

"What are you doing?" I asked confusedly.

"Are you ok now? I mean, you're not weak at all?"

"I don't, you let me drank one bottle of pure blood, I regained my strength." I said, chuckling.

"Oh, sorry. I thought you still need me." Seige said as she moved back.

"I always need you."

If anything happens in my life, even just a tiny bit of trouble, I will always need Seige in my life, not only her. All of my crackhead squad.

"Ok that's enough, you're being gay too much with those heart eyes." Jilian slapped my forehead and the four of us fell in mild laughters as we rooted down the stairs.

"What are we gon'do now Lis?" Jongy asked. I stopped from taking another step and paused for a moment.

To be honest, I don't know what or where are we going to start just to find an answer and help me about Ella's case. As far as I'm concern, no one in our family could tell me what is Ella's case.

"I don't know." I answered honestly as I continue my steps and one realization makes me to halt my steps once again, who made Ella stop? The last time it happen, there's a witch who came and popped outta nowhere to help us and stopped Ella. And that witch was gone, she got abducted by rouge vamps.

"Who sto-?"

"My wife." Seige answered immediately without even hearing my whole question. "She got witch blood, remember?"

"Wow, I need to thank her."

"As you should." Seige tapped my shoulder when we reached the hallway where the rooms of each one of us designated.

At the end of the hallway, the two way door wide open and inside, I can hear Chewy's and Ella's voice, with the others.

"Do you want to see her?" Jilian asked, her voice unsure.

"I need to see my wife first." I said.

"Right, Jennie first." She said teasingly. "But I guess she's not with them."

"Where is she?"

"She's with your favorite in-law." Jongy said.

"Dragon is back?!" I asked in surprised.

"I am referring to CL."

"Moron! When I become fave that living angry emoji?" I asked and they laughed loudly, making the vamps and wolves inside our room to heard us.

"Dad!" Ella shouted and she run to me, moving so fast she was a blur, then I felt her short arms around my waist. I never felt so scared to my own daughter that she made me flinched until now, after she almost killed me. "I'm s-sorry, Dad."

Ella started to weep loudly, her face buried in my stomach and her shoulders shaking violently. My heart sank as I feel so helpless at my daughter's case. She feels guilty for almost killing me, I could tell by the smell of guilt emanating from her body.

This kind of ability, I don't know when or how I learned it, but I could tell someone's inner feelings through their smell. I could tell that I'm one of a hell gifted hybrid.

CL could never!

I bend on my knees and gently cupped Ella's face, wiping her tears with my thumbs. "I'm fine, Nabi. Stop crying, Daddy will find an answer. I promise."

"D-dad."

"Hush now my princess, Daddy is fine." I said lowly, I felt Jennie's presence and when I looked up behind Ella's head, I saw her looking at me with her cute cat-like eyes, there are tears stain in her pale cheeks. I flash my jaw-cracking smile at her and her eyes started to water.

She knew what's coming next and both of us, even Ella won't like it, all of us.

"I'm leaving." I said and all eyes dropped on me. "I will find an answer."

"No." Jennie refused firmly while shaking her head furiously. "We got the ans-."

"Jen." Anna cut her off, making my brows to furrow. "We can't tell her."

"What is it?" I asked as I stood and pull Ella on my side, hand wrapped around her shoulder.

"Lisa, we can't tell you." Minari butted in. "I'm sorry."

"Tell me! I demand to know what is it! Why you can't tell me? I'm Ella's Dad and I have the rights to know!"

"B-but it's prohibited." René said, her voice shaky.

I huffed a sigh of annoyance and laugh bitterly before looking down to Ella. I held both of her shoulder and looked directly to her eyes.

"Daddy will leave to find an answer and to help you cure, I will leave gallons of blood for you and if ever that you consumes every drops, just call me and I'll be home in quick. Understand?"

"But babe-."

"No Jen, if you can't tell me about how to cure my daughter's case, then I will find an answer on my own." I said sternly and leave Ella a kiss in her lips before standing straight. "I will go alone."

"I'm ready." Seige said, wearing a new hoodie that I don't know when or where she get that.

"Me too." Jilian said as she fixing the strap of her go-to bag and kneeling in front of her daughter. "I want you to take care of your mom for me and behave." She said and kissed Chaesoo's lips before she stood up and walked to Charmaine. "I will get your power back, trust me." She whispered and tiptoes to reach for Charmaine's lips and we laugh. "You should bend a little, stop embarrassing me, Mrs.Kimmerson."

"You are not going anywhere." Charmaine said and she throw her arms around Jilian's neck, but since Jilian is fast, she didn't make it. Commander already stood next to me, smiling brightly.

"Guys, you don't have to come with me." I said, but deep inside me, my heart's melting with their willingness to go with me in this journey without asking them.

"Ah shit.." Chewy groans and pondered but after a few seconds, she walked towards her wife. "Take care of my child and yourself." She said and leave her kid and wife a kiss in their foreheads. Anna grabbed her hand and open her mouth, she wants to say something but she couldn't will her throat to say a single word.

Chewy smiled at her, which is really rare and slowly removes Anna's hand. Minari and the latter both loses their half of healing ability, because that witch took them as return of giving them child.

"I'll be safe, don't worry."

"Where the hell is Jongy?!" Naian asked raggedly.

"She's already outside, waiting for them." Yujin said, giggling.

"Without bidding goodbye?!"

"I'll be surprised if she did." Yujin shrugs and walked to Ella. "They'll be fine, right?" She said uncertainty, looking over her shoulder to Chaesoo.

"They won't." The kid replied and that's when Jennie spoke. She smacked my head but still engulfed me tightly.

"Don't go, Love." She murmured.

"I have to, and don't worry, I can change the future, remember?" I said to assure her, my hand wrapped tightly around her waist and pulled her closer. "I will be back safe."

"You're not going to leave." Jennie said more firmly and tightened the hug that she's almost choking me and squeezing my bone to pieces. "I'm not going to let yo-."

"Give me three months, after three months and you still haven't find any answer, y'all need to go back here."

Jennie's grip loosen when we heard Irene spoke. I looked at her, and I nodded in response without knowing why she's giving us deadline. I have a hunch that it is her ability as a witch that could help Ella's case, but I'm not going to rely on her, I still need to find another solution if ever she failed.

"Babe." I called softly while stroking Jennie's back. "This is for our daughter."

"Lisa, please. Don't leave." She begs.

"Jen.."

"I need you here, Lis. My daughter needs you, we all need you."

"I'm not leaving for good, I will be back safe and unharmed and with an answer." I said chuckling. I retract her body from mine to cup her face and tilt my head slightly to see her face. "Babe, you trust me, right?"

"I don't." She quickly replied, earning laughters from the squad and makes me pout. "Kidding, I do, I do trust you and your ability, but babe. I need you here because I don't want to feel the feeling of missing you."

"Just stare at my pictures."

"Could your pictures kiss me? hug me? f**k me?"

"Jennie/Mom!"

"Oh my gosh, Dad. You need to go, I don't want to start mom from saying nasty words!" Ella scowled and pull us both away from each other.

"She already did." Jilian said, laughing.

"Shut up." Jennie growled.

"We need to go at the top of the castle for the blood that you'll leave for Ella." Seige said and she grabbed me, along with Chewy and they started dragging me.

"Wait, how would I-."

"With needles." Jilian, who's in our heels, said lauging along with the other Tops.

My eyes widened and try to escape from my friend's arms when I heard needles. I'm scared of needles! they all know that! The last time I got injection because I don't want to drink blood, I faint. They had to restrain me from moving and Jennie used syringe to replace the blood I lost because of Ella.

"Ah guys, are there any options? you know that I'm afraid of needles, right?" I asked as we stop at the top of the castle and Jilian slammed the door.

Chewy hold me tight and pushed me down to the chair while Seige starts tying me down.

"Look, I'm gonna make this simple for you, You got two choices." Jilian said as she stood in front of me, hands in her waist.

"Yes or Yes?" Dayun said and we looked at her ridiculously as she started singing and dancing. "Ah.. dul junge hanaman golla YES or YES?"

"Dayun stop." Cubby said.

"That's my line and Minari's." Chewy mumbles.

"What?" I asked confusedly and Chewy shook her head in dismissal before she back off and stood next to Jilian.

"As I was saying, before this little piece of unpure vampire interrupts me, you got two choices, one, we'll bite you and suck your blood then we'll spit it out in a gall-."

"Eew what the hell, no! Ella will drink that!" I refused, shaking my head furiously.

"Second, face the motherfucking needles and we'll good to go!"

I made a hissing sound and flicked my tongue before laying my head at the headrest and shut my eyes off.

"Ok then, someone needs to put me on slee-."

"I'll do that." All I could remember that Seige said before everything went to black for the second time today.

The sounds of bustling air hitting bushes and trees, leaves falling and branches wailing through the air, loud rumble of thunders and violent lightning striking the whole place, awakened me.

"Where am I?" I asked as I shot my eyes open and the overcast sky with shades of pink and orange greets me.

As far as I remember, I am on the top of the castle, my i***t friends taking out blood from me for Ella as we were planning to go away.

Then why the hell I'm outside? What did those stupid vampires and wolves do this time?

"Seige? Jilian? Jongy?" I called my oh-so-called-bodyguards but no one respond, just a hissing sound of the air blowing around me. "Chewy? Cubby? Dayun? Wendy? Girls, this is not the time for a prank, we have to go-."

My words were cut off when I heard a loud scoffed behind the tree, it's as if, whoever behind that tree, he's a guy and only one person comes to my mind.

"Dragon?"

"No." He replied. My eyes slowly widened, my heart thudded loudly that it hurts in every possible way.

"D-daddy Larry?"

"Please, fear me not my daughter." He said before stepping out from the tree and smiled at me. He spread his arms and wait for me to run to him but since I am still Lisa "the nerd" Malabon.

I ran away! Dude is a ghost! No way I would hug him even if I love him too much!

"Pran!"

"No! You're dead! Don't-."

"Why do you have to be so stupid my daughter?" Dad scoffed and even if I couldn't see him, I know, from the back of my hand, that he's rolling his eyes, making me to stop from running. "You have seen me before, but you didn't got scared."

"When was that?"

"Airplane? Hanging? Asking for you to save me but you didn't help me and then I fell off and I had to go to the hospital to get my broken leg treated and the gush in my head."

"Are y-you for real?" I asked.

"Yes, you already forgot that I helped you to released your one ability." He replied and fully stepped out of the dark.

"No I mean, are you telling the truth? why would the father of the strongest hybrid got his bone broke just because he fell off?" I asked curiously.

"Are you f*****g kidding me? That airplane was in a thousand feet above and you're expecting me not to get harm when I fel-."

"You are a wolf!"

"Wolf doesn't have wings, Pran!"

"Oh." All I could say and blink my eyes three times. "But why are you here? Where am I, and.." My eyes slowly widened again as I remember that he died long ago. "Are you a ghost?"

"Have you seen a ghost went to a hospital?"

"No, they're living there." I said.

"Oh shut up, I'm not a ghost, I am real and I'm just inside your dream right now, and I am losing time because of your loud and nosy ass."

"What do you want from me?" I asked, already convinced that he's not a ghost after all. Though I still want to talk to him more, but I needed to know what he's up to and what does he want from me and I need to wake up as soon as possible.

"There will be an imminent tragedy that's coming on your way"

"How did you know? Do you happen saw the future?!"

"What? no, I've talked to Dragon, the guy still handsome as ever, we had a drink and we got drunk, your step father hit some woman on the road and he-."

"He hit a woman?"

"Not like hit, hit! you were thinking, I mean hit, he punched her, thinking that she's CL." Dad shrugs and he started to walk toward me.

"Oh ok-wait what? He punched her because he thought that is his wife? Why would she want to punch CL?! That woman is his wife!" I said in disbelief, couldn't believe that Dragon had hidden rage at his wife.

"Let's not talk about that, I'm still in guilt with that incident." He dismissed. "I used my wife's magic to get inside your dream and to warn you."

"Warn me about?" He has a new wife? Who might it be?

"Are you even listening to me earlier?" He asked a little irritated.

Why is he so work up? Is he on his PMS?

"I'm sorry ok? I caught up with Dragon hitting a woman and he's thinking that it's the living angry emoji!" I said, more irritated than him.

"What did you cal-?" He didn't had the chance to finish his question as he started to laugh loudly. "You son of a b***h!" He blurted out between his laugh and he's slowly fading out in the dark.

"Hey Dad! Dad, you haven't told me what trou-Dad!"

"Yes?" Jilian replied, her face placed in front of my face, our lips almost touching.

"J-Jilian?" I asked, catching my own breath.

"Yes baby?"

"f**k off." I growled and pushed her face away from me.

"Nightmare?" Seige asked monotonous, her face void of any emotion.

"No, more like stupid dream." I said and sat up, rubbing my wrist as I could feel how tight they tied me down earlier. "How long am I out?"

"One hour." She replied. She stood up from the chair and popped a cork out of the bottle and hand it to me. "Larry?"

"Yeah, he.." I paused as I took the glass from her hand and chugged.

"He's in your dream?" Yerry asked and I nodded as I gulp continuously. "What did the Alpha says?"

"Nothing." I lied after drinking the last drop of the blood. I wonder how I got used drinking blood knowing that I still have that hemophobia.

"You never such a good liar, Lis." Seige said, but her voice gentle now and pat my head.

"What's up, Seige?"

"Nothing." She replied and force a smile.

"Are we good to go?" Jongy asked after piling the gallons of bloods in the corner- my blood!

I don't know if it's just me or my blood is really glowing in the dark?

"Your blood taste good." My eyes shifted to Jilian and looked at her in disgust.

"You f*****g drink my blood?"

"No! I only licked some of the spilled!" She defend but I could tell that she drink it as I can see her eyes in darker shade of red and glowing, just like how Jennie's eyes when she sucked my blood when Ella's still inside her womb and Ella's eyes if she's drinking my blood. "Ok, I'm sorry, I was just wondering why Ella-."

"Can we bring one gallon in our journey?" Cubby interrupts and when I turn to her, I released a groan.

"Why did y'all drink my blood?!" I asked raggedly as I jumped off of the chair.

All vampires inside the room, their eyes are glowing. No wonder I haven't heard any of their voices when I woke up. They are busy drinking my blood on the corner.

"Sorry, d**k Master." Cubby said and wiped the blood in her chin.

"I'm d**k Lo- oh, uhm I like it."

"Ok then, we'll change the d**k L. to d**k Master." Jilian said as she pad toward Chewy and grab the glass. "Stop it, she's already awake."

"No!" She whines and dropped in her knees while Cubby tapping her back sympathetically.

"Oh God, just why-." I paused abruptly and heaved a deep breath and shook my head furiously. "You know what? Just.. just bring the blood to our room and let's bid our goodbyes to the bottoms." I said in dismissal and put my arm around Seige's shoulder. "Why did you let them drink my blood?" I whispered.

"Lis, they are vampires, what can I do? If I stop them, we'll end up fighting." She said with soft chuckles.

"These motherfuckers have my blood running in their veins, how does it feel?" I asked indirect.

"It feels like, I'm lightheaded. I don't know, it's kinda weird but in a good way." Jilian said.

"I feel like, it doubled my strength." Chewy said while licking her fingers. Then my eyes shifted to other vampires.

"I gained one inch." Cubby said, making all of us to laugh because we know it's a lie.

"Now I know why Ella have that incomparable strength." Jongy, who's being silent as we left the room, said.

"You drink it too?" I asked and she nodded proudly. "Just why?"

"Lisa, just like what Seige said, we are vampires."

"Oh whatever, I just can't believe how gross all of you." I said and looked at the two silent vampires behind. "stop it, you know that I can hear your thoughts, right?" I said to the girls at the back and Wendy and Dayun smile sheepishly.

As we all arrived at our room, they all put the gallons of blood in the corner and they decided to go back in their own room to prepare their things, except from Jilian, as she already prepared everything earlier. She's the fastest, so I don't have to ask how she did it.

"Why are you calling your dad when you woke up?" Jilian asked curiously while following every move that I'll make with her still glowing eyes.

"He's in my dream." I replied without sparing her a glance and continue what I was doing.

"About what?"

"nothing important." I replied again with a shrugs of my shoulder.

"Just like what Seige said, you are not a good liar." She said. She stood up from the bed and walked over me. "You don't have to lie at the top community, Lisa. You know that we're family here."

I turned to her after sliding one hoodie in my bag and smile at her wryly.

"He warned me that there will be trouble one of these day, Dragon told him but he didn't got the chance to tell me what trouble it is." I finally admit with a soft sigh.

"Do you want us to cancel this journey?" She asked but I shook my head in disagreement. "If only we could meet Dragon, or.. if only Charmaine didn't lost her half ability to see the future."

"We can all go to the mortal world and talk to Dragon." I said.

"You know that he's not allowed to talk to anyone while he's still in the committee of those royal vampires."

"But he did talked to my Dad and they had a drink?" I said in more of a sarcastic question than a sentence.

"He did that? His Majesty is such a f*****g i***t! If one of the committee sees him, he'll get a severe punishment!" Jilian said annoyedly while shaking her head in disbelief.

If you guys didn't know, The committee are the known groups of former Kings of each kingdoms, they are the ones who're keeping the peace between the witches, wolves and vampires.

And since rouge vamps are making a scene, kidnapping witches and killing mortals, they are on the run to find Siwong, the king of those rouge vamps that turns into vampire zombies.

That's our job, as we are the strongest kingdom and I am the strongest hybrid, but I don't have to worry about that Siwon as they are hunting him down, my daughter's situation is the only thing I'm concern for now.

"So why don't we sneak at the mortal and find Dragon before we continue our journey?" I asked and clung my bag, adjusting the strap and pulled it down tightly on my shoulder.

"Good idea." She said and jumped on my back, wrapping her arms around my neck. "I really love the taste of your blood."

"Shut up, you are not going to drink it again."

"Let's see." Jilian said as we both exited the room while she's on my back. "Where are the girls anyway?"

"We are all girls, you mean the bottoms?"

"Yeah, where are they?"

"Probably in the garden, planning how to assassinate the tops." She joked and we both laughed, though it's a bad joke.

"They're with your favorite in law." Seige said when she stepped out of their room.

"CL is not my favorite in law, where's the kids?" I asked again.

"They're with Jiyo and Peach at the garden."

"Should we bid to our wives?" Jongy asked and we looked at her ludicrously. "Nevermind."

"Let's just see the kids and we're good to go." I said and they all agreed to me.

After bidding goodbye to our kids and decided not to show ourselves to our wives- that Jennie will surely stop me from going- the 8 of us boarded the jet plane that will lead us to the mortal world and find Dragon.

As soon as we arrived at the said place, I couldn't believe that I will meet the kid that I would never expect to see.

"Yow, Lucas!"
