I start dedicating most of my free time to training, even more than before. If I am not training I am at the library researching how to break the mate bond. Without the use of rejection. If I ever wanted to leave I had to be free of that and the heat that comes with it. I haven't had it again yet but it has only been a couple of weeks. I also have to be as strong as possible. I train as a human and a wolf. I have been progressing very fast. I have been the first one at training and the last to leave.
The most shocking development is that I have started to see a change in Phoenix, his training regiment with the pack has highly improved and everyone seems to be feeding off the new strength. I watch him sometimes when he is leading training. He never leads my training but my
