Vienna felt the van stop and blinked open her eyes. She must have drifted off, too, she thought. "Sorry, I did not mean to fall asleep on you," she apologized to Brian.
Brian smiled at her. "As long as you don't try to get out of helping me unload the van, we are okay," he said.
Laughing, she got out, stopping when she saw Liam getting out of the SUV. Stuart walked around the SUV, got into the driver's seat, and nodded at her before backing out. Clover got out of the back, and Vienna saw her glance at the SUV vigilantly. Frowning, she decided to talk to Clover later, when she would get her alone. She also wanted to ask Liam why Stuart looked at Clover the way he did. It wasn't s****l, but it was something she could not put her finger on.
