Elsa We lay on the floor, exhausted and catching our breath when a loud bang on the door startled us. “Come in,” Adam called out, heading toward the door, still completely naked. Kane stepped in, his eyes widening with shock when he saw both of us sprawled out in the living area. “Alpha, Timber's pack has launched an attack against us,” Kane said urgently. I saw Adam’s face darken with fury. “One of the packs we didn’t clear?” Adam asked, his voice sharp, and Kane nodded in confirmation. “Stay here,” Adam ordered me before heading out.
